Remarks

It's an average college with average facilities. If you're a studios person you will love it.

Course Curriculum Overview

Well you're given keen attention towards your personality development and sharpening you for interview process(thats the best part) . They provide you guest lectures and seminars with reputed entrepreneurs and business holders visit our college and provide us with valuable life lessons and knowledge and if made a good impact they even invite some students from the college to come and join their company (but obviously you have to go through the interviews for that) which is really good recognition given to us.

Placement Experience

3.5

100% placement. This a a key point It's has always been, and as viewed by my seniors that eligible candidates get placed sooner, It doesn't matter how much you scored in your subject or academics it's really crucial to qualify the interview though, some 60 percent holders get better job than 90 percent holders, and no one heads home unemployed.

College Events

4

Every festival, and cultural events with seminars and dances and students hidden talents are also given a ground to present it . There are DJ nights and Agrata as a college fest held by management department and and other departments too hold their fests in as they want and it's really interesting to see and participate actively

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's expensive as compared to other private universities for some people, by God's grace my dad is able to afford it, for MBA it's 5 lakhs hostel charges included. No there is no additional fees or charges are included to get your seats fixed in any courses. There are certain rules and levels as I have already mentioned and you have to work according to that step by step

Fees and Financial Aid

No I didn't opted for scholarship. But some of friends did, I don't have much idea about it. But I think you refurbish some of your paid amount that u invested in your university, but you have to show your working gaurdians payment slip (salary slip) I accordance to yes you really need a Schlorship for your studies and if valid then you're provided with it, though it takes time yet you're provided with it by the end of 6 months maybe not much idea.

Campus Life

Well I can't give exact number about this as its a really humongous university with 100 acre campus. The number of girls and boys are pretty balanced in every course leaving btech mechanical, boys are more in comparison to girls as most girls don't prefer btech mechanical as a subject these day I don't know why. Girls hostel and boy hostel do party a lot and gatherings are held too with good music. Reputed people are always invited in the university for seminars even foreign entrepreneurs too. Though its a Hindu dominant college but there are various people from different races too and they are respected even treated far more better than us.

Hostel Facilities

Yes, I opted for hostel, and I share my room with a MBA student only who is closest friend for 3 years now. Lucky me! There are single, 2 And 3 seater rooms provided to students according to their preference but their fees will distinguish as single and double seater will cost more than the 3 seater and also the area of the room will also differentiate. And if you're going for PG it's not a good idea as there is no PG rooms available in kilometers around the college, if you get PG YOU will have to get bus facility too for that

Alumni/Alumna

Yes it's very helpful and alumni are very decent But to address them one first has to contact with the lady on the desk on block 1 which is main block and the most systematic one. Seniors are really friendly too a bit dominant but who doesn't want to be dominant, still learned a lot from them. Competing with them made me fearless speaker and good representative with strong anchoring skills

Admission

It was referred to me by my brother who has already completed his Btech from there. You have to call them by getting their number from their official site @gla.ac.in . Then go to their nearest examination station and get your entrance cleared, finally you have to get enrolled by heading to the University and clearing your document verification (10,12 and graduation marksheets TC and birth certificate in my case )

Faculty

5

Faculties are really friendly yet profeesional in GLA university so we don't face any problem in assessing to them .7 lectures held 5 days in a week sometimes less, sometimes more with verbal, aptitude and GDPI classes. If we face any problem in any subject we are provided with personal group advisor we can go and talk to them if not solved we can go to class advisor and still if the problem is persistent One can head to Cordinator mam and mainly the problem gets solved by her but if you're still not satisfied and the problem is persistent (a legitimate problem not a personal problem) then you can talk to HOD of your department for this.

The placements here are top notch like 11/10 because there are very less number of branches in my clg and they only take admission of cream students.and if by chance any student fails to get an placement he/she can still apply for off campus placements because JAYPEE has a reputed name in this area

Placement Experience:

The placement of RGIPT is really good in therms of Chemicals and Petroleum Branches but for Technical Branches like CSE and MnC we have to face a lot and even go for off campus placements. If you are having great skills you will land a good job but if you are only focused on the academic then there is a problem also 7.5 Grade is minimum to sit in placement interview for tech students if placement are there in the college itself. I have my plans of working in the financial department of companies.

The course is a medical course so yaa i wanted to learn about human so opted for it .It's alike MBBS but a bit easy than that .we have subject specialities like Medical surgical ,Obs gynae,Pediatrics ,Community etc like mbbs only but we need to learn them in duration of 3.5 yrs then we have internship of 6 months. Curriculum is maintained but need to be more realistic as some things are outdated. The subjects we learn are patient centred only as we have to be there for them ,provide care to them and treat them .everthing we read in classes we apply and co relate in our clinical.postings for better learning and experience
