Remarks

According to many reviews and word of mouth I got to know that it's is the best private institute and even I like the infrastructure of campus, and disciplinary structure of the campus. According to vit it as 100% placements so, this can be the reason we can go with it when compared to other colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

Comming to academics we have a extraordinary thing that is FFCS (Fully flexible credit system) where in you can choose your own faculty and courses that you want to study and even when you want that class to be conducted( timmings) according to the availablity. the facilities are highly qualified and we have a student to faculty ratio of 14 which is great. most of the faculties have doctorates which is again great this makes our campus unique and best I guess.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Campus Life

Vellore institute of technology is the best when coming to infrastructure when compared to any other private institutions. It has a very big campuses of nearly 350 acres (vellore) and 200 acres (chennai campus). It has the best cricket ground, volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court, football ground and what not. it also has well equipped labs and every thing thats in need of a college life.

Atmosphere and affordability

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students will be eligible without any backlog. Axis bank, Deloitte, zuilka motors , Maruti Suzuki I got offer letter from 2 companies Axis Bank and zulika motors Axis Bank offered for 240000/- per annum and zulika motors offered 300000/- per annum. Then I tried outside also I got even better package 420000/- per annum at Avias india manufacturer of stainless Steel and kitchenware. So I went with Better package I went for 5 months then I resigned the job for the higher studies

There are companies but the companies that were told that the good ones, they didn't come so much.. only a few companies that gave a package above 5 lakhs came in for my department.. the rest of them were either 4 lakh package or below it was not very good. even the 1 or 2 good companies that came tehy came for electrical.

The curriculum of each course is different and it is followed by the guidance of Anna university, we have several topics and it is under the regulation of 2021 respectively, I feel this easier to learn and there comes an opportunity to do what we learn in theory hour in our laboratory hour it will make more connected to our course, but there is lagging factor that is we are far away from the modern world and we need to put effort to compete with. The exams are not difficult and the frequency of the exam is quite manageable.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 3rd year for placements and also who don't have standing arrears ,if they have standing arrears the clg management will remove them from placements and also the Placements are very poor . The average package is 350000/year . And the maximum package is 15L Last year nearly 100 students out of 180 in cse dept are non-placed , they are forced to write higher studies letter and submit in college . Even though they won't help for any placement side.

All of us know VIT for its flagship program which is B. Tech but its MBA program is too good as well. I gave the CAT exam and secured 85 percentile which helped me in taking admission at VIT.
