Remarks

The college provides good campusing and faculty is great and its a makaut affiliated college. The scope is bigger and all the courses are available. Well reputed college and it also has anti ragging squad.

Course Curriculum Overview

The college always followed the present updated syllabus and faculty is always available and helpful. Practical classes are also held. Meetings seminars and group discussions are also common. They suggest online courses too.

Placement Experience

Many multinational companies foreign companies and highly reputed companies are provided for placements. Almost 80 to 90% of students get job on the campus with satisfactory salary. The entrepreneur cell is very active and encourage every student. Tge cell is very helpful and it also organizes seminars and fests.

College Events

It has many fests. Departmental fests like uniex, enigma, wizard and more and college fest is very popular known as anakhronos. Everybody is free to participate in whatever they like and there are other small fests too.

Campus Life

The college has three medium playgrounds, one big library, labs and a swimming pool. The campus is big enough too. It has three buildings, two cafeterias, sitting areas. Washrooms are available in each floor. Two or three computer labs etc.

A comprehensive review of MAKAUT , WB

Placement Experience:

from 6/7 th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Infosys visited with around 22-23 offers , Cognizant visited with arount 15-16 offers , TCS visited with several offers(not sure how many) , that's it the big names. Apart from these small startups and companies visited too. Highest package offered was 11lpa by TCS , 9.6lpa by infosys, 6.48lpa by Cognizant. Profiles were ASE in TCS , PAT in CTS , SET in Infosys. The percentage of students placed was less arount 30-40% , mostly because the curriculum lacks placement prep. I have joined Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst Trainee after graduating .

Actually this is a general degree University , so I must mention that placement facalities are not so good. But yes , Job Fair is organised in University by some external agencies which offer jobs varying 2-2.5 lakhs per annum . But in the university most of the students do not accept that jobs. Half of the students are more interested on the higher studies. So ahet completing the fourth semester they prepare for PhD. And the another half are preparing for central government sponsored exams like CGL, CHSL, RRB, SBI , IBPS, LIC etc. University has a significant number of students who have qualified for Government Competitive exams.

A holistic experience: my journey at CFI college of Law

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd say the BBA LLB curriculam si quite relevent and comprehensive. the blend of business management and legal studies really made me choose this course because it gives a holistic understanding of both fields. The curriculum is pretty practical and prepares us well for real- world applications like internships and moot courts and also sets a strong foundation dor further studies in law. In term of Imporvements i think the curruculum could benefit from more interactive workshops and practical training sessions and somtimes a bit more hands on experience and indusry exposure help bridge the gap between thoery and practice. Regarding exams, I find the frequency and timing are well balanced. the semester exams come at a good pace and whike some subjects can be challenging they are definately manageable with consisnent study.
