Remarks

It is the best medical college in maharashtra, affiliated to KEM HOSPITAL which is the largest government run hospital in maharashtra. It sees patients (10000 out patients and 2000 inpatients) daily from all over the country.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is well set and suited to the profession covering thoroughly each background that a physiotherapist should be aware of. It's the curriculum set by MUHS, (2012). It is updated as needed. Exposure via KEM is the best you can get in Maharashtra. The faculty is a little difficult to deal with but extremely experienced and knowledgeable.

Great as you can start your own practice or build contacts to join a group of practioners. You can also join educational places as a teacher or mentor.

The cultural festival Is annual called AAVISHKAAR which happens on a huge scale and is the largest medical cultural fest in the state. There are also MUNs, academic fests like CONFLUENCE etc. And multiple workshops

Fees and Financial Aid

Tata scholarship for medical undergraduates can be applied for via the college which I have availed before, given to top performing students.

Campus Life

It has multiple canteens and libraries, large common rooms, indoor badminton court, a large basketball court and football turf with faux grass, indoor games in multiple places and overall a great atmosphere. Also free wifi in the common room and library.

DY Patil college is best for placement and coding environment

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in Y Patil College. Many companies are come for hiring a student. Most of students are placed in fourth year from fourth year. The companies are started to come in campus and higher students. Also, in a third year, Student want to get internship in any companies from campus and from outside of the campus internship is compulsory in third year last semester The company are come in my college are Amazon Google infosys Microsoft WIpro and other companies hire students The highest package of last year of AI and DS department is a 42 lakh higher by Amazon is the highest package of the last year placement. Also, the average packages are six lakh. The percentage of getting Student place in companies are nearly 92%

The college is best for placement and club activity

Placement Experience:

In my branch, the placement is good In 2025, 150 students are placed in Wipro, infosys, Amazon and Google like companies the minimum package is seven lakh. Also in my branch one Student it is placed in Amazon with 47 lakh rupees package in college. They already prepare Student for interviews and aptitude test. The placement cell is conduct aptitude test with the Google for students for each semester in that they test our coding skills, English skills and attitude test from that they give us a detail information in which skills are lacking and on which skill we want to work

Course Curriculum Overview:

Strong academic legacy with expereinced faculties and balanced content- preparing you for future studies and entrance exams and olympiads. very much strict, i would say not needed. somehwere you may experience baised behaviour; but when you are focused on gaining knowledge then these things dont matter as its only a matter of three years. Relevance of course is there but for applying for further studies not for that much for job prospects, if you want atleast a decent salary job.

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement drive. Companies that often visit campus for placement include ONGC, GAIL, IGL, IOCL, NRL, SAIL, Hindalco, Carin oil and gas, Reliance, Vedanta, Tata Power, Nyara, Tata projects and many more oil and gas industries, metal industries. The highest package: is 24 lpa ( given by ONGC) and the average package: is 13 lpa for Fire and safety profiles. Usually, all students get placed in the placement drive. I will do the job in the company I got placed in.

My college

Placement Experience:

I have rarely seen companies coming to our college for placement purposes for our course but I have seen companies coming for BCOM and BCA. I don't know about my course as I am currently in my second year. The percentage of students getting placements are veryess as my friend from third year said that out of 150 students only 10 students got placed this year which is very less compared to other colleges. My plans after getting the degree is if I got a job in any of the it company I will do it for experience and side by side I am planning to pursue my education in MSC CS

Life of a Medico In Seth GS

The eligibility criteria for the course is 50%in core subjects i.e PCB and 50 %ile in neet which is equivalent to approx 120+ marks in neet. The application is available on the medical counseling website and there are also reservation benefits for SC ST OBG and other classes.
