Remarks
It is one of the best Institute for chemical Engineering in Gujarat and also, it is in my home town. They have good laboratory facilities and the infrastructure is also good. All the Faculty members are highly qualified. The fee is very low. It is 1,500 per sem for girls.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus is a little old and was not updated till last semester. However, new students have a lot more new topics and subjects to choose from. Also, the faculties are really supportive and friendly. Dr. Sudani sir was one of the most knowledgeable teacher. He is the founder of eco-club of our college.
Placement Experience
The institute has a training and placement cell, wherein we have to register ourselves. After that, the Institute informs us everytime there is a vacancy in any Institute. We are guided by our teachers regarding resume, personal interview, grooming, etc. Good companies like saint gobin, torrecids, reliance are some of the recruiters.
College Events
The campus life is quite interesting. Cultural festivals, technical festivals, college days celebration takes place every year. Sports week is also conducted annually. Furthermore, the institute had annual state level job fair this year (2019-20). We also had finishing school program conducted by the government of Gujarat. Seminars and workshops are ample. And industrial visits are also held.
Campus Life
The infrastructure and buildings are really good. We have well equipped laboratories. The library has all the books we need and we can borrow 3-4 books at once and keep it for the entire semester (renewing is needed). Also, the has WiFi, water coolers, computer rooms, and a girls room as well where girls can rest during period days. we have 5 departments and each department has a seperate building.
