Remarks

College has good staff and a very good campus as well. Teachers are friendly and helpful too. It comes under top colleges in Goa.It has a good photoshoot view. Each stream has their own infrastructure and they are well maintained.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes, teachers provide knowledge from out of the book. Syllabus are not that much updated. But faculty provide good knowledge. College has experienced faculty for teaching. They provide students enough knowledge and experience to deal with industry.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, Inventrom Private limited (Bolt Iot and Ml), for every purchase of Iot kit, we get stipend of Rs. 500.

Placement Experience

Companies like infosys, tata, ibm visit the campus for placements. For placement there is a group of faculty handling this procedure. The procedure is that the students should have percentage more than 60% are eligible for placement. This student are given talk and test before placement.

College Events

College have annual cultural events and technical events related to particular stream also. Cultural event is Happening which is the biggest event of the college, which stands at top of all the college events. College also have intradepartment event like Tandav. In Tandav each department takes part in each game and cultural event.

It provide concession in Tution fee those who have income certificate with particular income. It also have many other scholarship for sc, st, for girls and many more.

Campus Life

College has its own team in each game like cricket, football, tennis etc, library is awesome. Each department has wifi in their area which is allowed to use. Each department is well maintained. Each department has a Head of Department post who controls the department.

So basically i didn't know what occupational therapy was but when i understand tht it has psychology subject in it thn i decided to take it. Occupational therapist helps people in being independent after they have been injured or anything. I love this course because we give activities to patients and through that we give therapies and that's a good thing.

Remarks:

College is a good choice for any student to get enrolled. Staff is excellent and fees are also reasonable. Only negative thing is the infrastructure of this college. College has a small infrastructure no proper parking no proper sports parking. Remaining that over all college is very good

The truth about the GOA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

I got a seat at Vellore institute of technology, Bhopal in the CSE branch. But I chose not to study at VIT bhopal as the college is really crowded and as the colleges is privately owned the stakeholders are money minded they try to take money from students in every possible way.Also my seniors had warned me about the toxic environment at VIT Bhopal. I didn't get rejection from any colleges but I failed to get a good enough score to get CSE at MIT Manipal and i could only get mechanical engineering in which I want intrested. My college takes admission based on JEE rank. Each students has to apply at the Directorate of technical education, Goa online portal. After which a merit list is rolled out.
