Remarks

I had chose this institute for my graduation because it is government institute and I wanted to be an IC engineer. This institute helps me growing towards my success in life and also giving me industrial exposure, event management and many more curriculum experiences.

Course Curriculum Overview

I'm syllabus is regularly updated by Gujarat Technological University. Due to regular updates in the syllabus students are getting direct industrial exposure which really helps during the placement sessions at the end of the course.

Class Size: 60

Internships Opportunities

I had been in internship in IoT domain in RPI industries.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities are little less then self financed colleges. The placement cell in my college organises very well and the students are getting motivation from it

College Events

It's amazing, as the students of GECR are having very friendly atmosphere in the campus. All the events are enjoyed and celebrated to its fullest. "Leadership and" Teamwork" is very well taught in the campus life

Hostel Facilities

I'm private hostel, which are easily available in the city. Actually many of the hostels are located on the Kalawad Road only in Rajkot. That area is mostly occupied by the students only with rentals and all.

Hostel Fee: INR 62000 per year

My MCA Journey at LJ University

Placement Experience:

Placements at LJ University For MCA are decent but not extraordinary. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the 3rd sem. Some local IT comanies and mid-level firms visit for roles like developer,tester, and support executive. The average package is around 3 - 4 LPA, and the higher Package around 6-7 LPA, depending on skills, Around 70 - 80% student get placed.

The Average collage life

Placement Experience:

this is tier 3 collage of surat so don't expect higer placements and big mnc come for the placements, in my placements they commited over 25+ local companies come from surat but actually only 15 has come and only 20 students got placement accross over 200 students(computer + IT). and the average placement is 2.5 lakh oper year. and most of the companies are red flag because they want students to sign 1-2 year bond with very low salary. then lets about training for placement, its ZERO big ZERO they dont provided the placement training, i have seen 90 students from 120 gets failed in apptitude round. they have not provided training for cracking the coding interview only those students are placed who have done preparation by it self even 9+ CGPA students didn't get placement.

Course is actually pretty nice . Subjects are tought according to the needs but the problem is about they do not update course according to the needs like `right now everyone should know how to use AI tools well , these small thing should also include in it. Apart from technical subjects they also have communication , ethics , personality developemt as a subject too but with less credits.

Placement Experience:

9sem are eligible for campus placement Not any great placements are their in college Highest placement was 64lpa and average is 5 lpa 80 %student are placed. Currently I don't have any plans but I will think off it soon

There are not much placements from our college but students are there is a placement fair we can be eligible for placements in our last year there are many schools that do visit the average package they got his between 25000 to 35000 month I guess 35 to 45% of the students are getting placement my plan after getting the degrees to clear the CTET examination and get a job in KVS
