Remarks

Deboraj Roy College is one of the best colleges of Assam and upper Assam. This college rewarded as A grade by the college inspecting authority NAAC. Moreover the teaching quality of this college is excellent. So that I got admission in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course syllabus is pretty good. It is prepared by Dibrugarh University because our college is affiliated by Dibrugarh University. Our college has excellent teaching faculties. All of our teachers are good educator and also a good motivator.

Placement Experience

Deboraj Roy College has excellent placement rate. Most of the students of our college successfully securing seats in Assam and North East's top university's like Dibrugarh University, Gauhati University, NEHU etc. Some of them studying in India's top university's and institutions.

Our college is not only best for its education but also the CO curricular activities in our college. Our college organise many events like annual college week, freshars, farewell, Sarswati Puja, Cultural Evening etc where all the students can participate and enjoy.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My aim in life is to be a professor and a poet and I think Literature degree is the best way for it. The aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course got to be how well the syllabus is made, allowing us to improve everyday. One can prepare for competitive exams well. The curriculum enhances our speaking abilities, grammar, our social interactions and make us better intellectually, which is again, very beneficial for the future because nowadays, the world needs personality development and this curriculum help boost that. hmm, i think, the improvements needed got to be that when assignments are turned in, they should make sure to check if it's AI written or human since some students use AI and get marks because the souce is not checked. Timing of the exams are not frequent, It gives us time to prepare. CT 1 is held 2 months after the semester starts, CT 2 is held 1 month after CT 1 and the end semester exam is held in the end.

The companies visited our college are atlassian ,Amazon,AWS ,optum, Myntra ,UBS ,Amadeus ,oracle ,sap labs ,mathworks ,Hpcl ,Bpcl,HUL, Goldman Sachs and many startups . The highest package offered by AWS 52 LPA.The average package is 10,00,000 to 12,00,000 for cse and it varies for different branches

The placements in our campus are good and if we apply for the placements then our cgpa must be 8 or above then only we have chance to apply for all the companies. If we can't get the placements in college thenwe have to try at off campus and other companies.. From 6th or 7th semester students can apply for the placements.and it will continue upto 8th semester. It is intrest of the students. There are many companies like google, Microsoft, Flipkart, Amazon, Wipro, cognizant and TCS ect. Each and every company will offer many students based on the ideas and talent of the students based on their test and interviews. Highest package upto now is it is 1crore per anum and average package will 14 to 15 lakhs. 80 to 85 percent students are get placed.. After getting degree to get a good and settle in life.
