Remarks

Usha Pravin Gandhi College has good teaching and non-teaching staff always helpful and guidance is superb. Every chapter are been explained perfectly with presentation as well as a practical and written explanation. Sometimes professors give extra knowledge besides given in the chapter. And professors are very punctual. Admission here in BscIT course depends on the score of 12th std Maths paper. Merit list is to be opened based on that admission is processed, there are 2 class for BscIT with the size of 60 students per class. The only reason to refer to this college is as it is bachelor college means there is no time limit students can sit and learn practical till 6pm and here the job facilities are superb. Big companies like L&T, Wipro, TCS, Deloitte and many other companies visit and hire students. This college is very famous for BscIT course so I was already aware of this college as my elder sister completed her graduation from this college. With excellent library having more than 50000 books etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

As I have lots of interest in HTML in std 12th and I was well in Maths subject so I decided to go further in the IT field. As HTML is of Web Designing and BscIT have web designing, web development, business development etc course. Faculty are excellent with a good amount of knowledge beyond given in the book, So there is no issue about faculties in this college, Visiting as well as non-visiting both take equal efforts to explain every topic easily. Qualification of faculty is mostly Masters in the particular field there is no faculty who is on trial basis teacher in college all are well experienced. The exam was very timely and supervision was on point, papers were from university so the college couldn't help us about what kind of questions were to be asked but yes paper checked was done by our own teacher so ya paper was checked as usual no partiality mostly students who have made efforts in learning use to get a pass.

Internships Opportunities

5

Internship were all related to IT stuff like web designing, web development, support executives with stipend around 2000-3000 per month. The project was to make a website for e-commerce use, shop website etc.

Placement Experience

5

Semester 5th, 3rd-year students are eligible if they don't have any KTs in any subject. Big companies such as Wipro, TCS, L&T, Deloitte, Endurance etc visited to hire students and good offers were given maximum given offer was 23000. Profile offered were web design, web development, support executives etc. Mostly all students who were willing to get a job were placed for job 85% of students got a job from college itself. Masters in Information Technology I am doing as I wanted to complete post-graduation.

Fees and Financial Aid

As it 3 years course. So 1 year it was 30000? including gym, library, tuition, exam fees etc. 2nd year it was around 28000. 3rd year it was around 26500. Other than this books were to be purchased separately not included in fees but students can register the name in the library and can needed book as there is a number of the book for a particular subject in the library so students who couldn't afford books can easily take it from the library. Fees to be paid all together before college starts no instalment were allowed. There were many job offers as many big companies visit to hire students but as i wanted to continue Masters I didn't accept any jobs.

Campus Life

5

There is one huge fest in UPG college Aahan fest held in the month of December in which students of all the courses are supposed to participate. And one technical fest for IT students Techvanza in which stuff related to IT is to be performed. Here library is best couldn't be compared to any IT college I guess it has every book for learning each subject book with the different author more than 5 books for each author in total there are 50000 books which you can register and take home for learning. Classroom here are really best with nice AC facilities and light is very nice you won't feel hot and no darkness in the classroom, Benches here are very much comfortable. This college also has good sports professor who guides students very well and tournaments are held every week any students who are interested can take part in sports and extracurricular activities, NSS, Rotaract club, UPG have a website for students in which assignment are assigned and deadline are given for submission.

Hostel Facilities

5

No college doesn't provide but nearby there is PG. Meal, here canteen is very famous of SVKM with healthy and hygienic food available here deserts, fast food, roti dal etc everything is available.

Interview Experience

5

No GD for admission, only you should have good score in std 12th for Maths subject that's it. And wait for merit list to be announced In total there is 3 merit list to be announced. Once the process of students whose name have been declared in merit list admission is completed then they consider the remaining number of students for admission process. Each class have a size of 60 students and 2 class are there. There were no rounds for admission so chill.

Other Applied Colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

like i was sure that i want a course that will give me experince about AIML with subjects like 3D design + Coding + Envoirmental studeis and all. and the course from the sandip actually have all these subjects in a single course thats why i choose this course. curriculam was good it was updated on time. the course helps me to land a internship with goverment cause i learn the basics of AI from this course. the ares of improvements should be the faculty members like they are horrible sometimes they dont even make the notes for the subjects they ask students to make notes and shared with other students. even one of the faculty member shared a playlist form youtube for a specific subject and ask us to take notes from it and prepare for exam not a single leccture he takes at that time. the frequency of the exam is also not that good cause the want us to prepare for the final semster exam which is of 6 months in just 3 months with all the paper works , projects , assignments etc etc.

• As I don't have maths so I have choosen this course for medical way for the future educational content and lab work. • They prepare us very good their skills and they approach in the lab practical is so good. • One one improvement as from mine is that they doesn't have some practical equipment and machinery for the working so I would like to have that to get that practical knowledge and for that they teach us theoretical for that kinds of practical. • Average the frequency and time for exam preperation is good

“The BSc CS curriculum is fairly comprehensive and covers core subjects like programming, DBMS, OS, networking and practical labs. It stays relevant for basic IT careers, though updates are slow. Overall it gives a strong foundation but needs more modern industry-oriented topics.”

Course Curriculum Overview:

Strong academic legacy with expereinced faculties and balanced content- preparing you for future studies and entrance exams and olympiads. very much strict, i would say not needed. somehwere you may experience baised behaviour; but when you are focused on gaining knowledge then these things dont matter as its only a matter of three years. Relevance of course is there but for applying for further studies not for that much for job prospects, if you want atleast a decent salary job.

The course curriculum is very good. The syllabus of the course of relevant and also helps in preparing different entrance exams for masters. Also course offers wide variety of subjects so students can have exposure to different opportunities in the field. There are also field study visits so students can get their real world experience and exposure. The external exams are a little bit hectic as the take it into a streak. There is no gaps between the exams so it is a little hectic. Also some proffessors should provide study materials to students so it will be helpful .

I have rarely seen companies coming to our college for placement purposes for our course but I have seen companies coming for BCOM and BCA. I don't know about my course as I am currently in my second year. The percentage of students getting placements are veryess as my friend from third year said that out of 150 students only 10 students got placed this year which is very less compared to other colleges. My plans after getting the degree is if I got a job in any of the it company I will do it for experience and side by side I am planning to pursue my education in MSC CS

I thought that zoology is most interesting to learn and its have future job opportunity. So basically zoo student are like little dr or zoologist. It provides little bit of that syllabus while learning you feel like you are dr or expert in zoology which example we experience in our day to day life. They need to add more teachers and placement opportunity. After every one and half month there is exam.
