Locality, beautiful campus, outstanding faculty, one of top college for petroleum engineering in India, global exposure, foreign exchange program, outstanding placement, good alumni network, helpful seniors, one of the top universities in India, value for money, no competitors.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus is as per industrial needs, consist of theoritical as well as practical subjects, ample amount of workshops, seminars and conferences, faculty with global exposure, ample amount of internship and apprentice opportunities.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 1600000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement are outstanding for petroleum engineering. Navratnas and Maharatnas along with various other giant companies like ONGC, Reliance Petroleum, Bharat Petroleum, Hindustan Petroleum, Schlumberger,etc regularly visit the campus for placement.

Great Infrastructure and facilities to build your future

Placement Experience:

Many types of roles are offered for placements also UPES takes lifetime placement responsibility, means you can sit for campus placements for lifetime even when you left or got termiinated from other companies after working for certain years maybe 5 or 10. A large number of students gets placed every year, almost 100% who doesn't have any back in any sem and a clear criminal record. Because UPES invites all types of packages from 1 Crore per annum to about 2-3 LPA.

From 7th semester a student is eligible for placement. A quiet good company is visit our college for placement companies like adobe, Samsung, l&t, etc. visit with good number of offer. This sem highest on campus placement is 30lakh and average package of 12lakh approx. 90%student got placed and 10%go for higher studies.my plan is to go for psu.

We get a stipend internship of 17000 per month and after the internship, if u have a bond then u get 5 yr compulsory service under the government of which u get a salary of 70000-80000 per month. You can post in hilly areas.

Life at SGRR PG college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The college is affiliated with HNBGU (central university of Srinagar) and the course curriculum is the same as given by the UGC. In the economics department, the total faculty was three for about 40 to 45 students. All the faculty teachers were Doctorate and Net qualified. They are really very good at their subject and teaching. The internals and external exams were taken on time. The internals was quite moderate to pass and the external exams are taken by the university on each semester basis.

Overall a good management institute.

Placement Experience:

99% of students were placed from my previous batch. The average package was 4.5 LPA. Every student got placed for the SIP. (Summer internship programme) Internship for every stream was provided. After 3rd-semester students become eligible for campus placement.
