Remarks
I chose this MBA- Rural Management because it gives MBA + Rural Management, rural management is a field of study which gives sense to you because of its dynamic curriculum and it has a good mix of rural development + industrial needs. It makes you different in the industry and course teaches us how to mobilize rural communities in an effective way. This course doesn't only teach from the industrial point of view but it creates a sense of responsible management.And this college suits my expectations.
Course Curriculum Overview
Teachers are very helpful and friendly, even during the night they are available for mentoring students. We have National Colloquium on Rural Management every month where industry leaders from Rural Management enlighten us about the current situation.
Placement Experience
XIMB has a legacy of 100 per cent placement for years. The highest package offer for the batch of 2018-20 is 8 13.2 lacs p.a. If we see the avg. placement package in the corporate sector then it is above 9 lacs p.a. Major recruiters are BFSI and Micro-finance.
