Remarks

This College is the best College in our whole district regarding education and discipline and all. And I heard that its campus is very good that's why I have chosen to come KIT. It is also very famous in Kolhapur district.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our academic is best. All teachers are supporting to us. I study computer Science and Engineering because I love ethical hacking, machine Learning, cloud computing,etc. My curriculum is updated including all the recent developments in the field.

Class Size: 68Course Fees: INR 43524 per year

Placement Experience

Good quality of placement. There are more than 5000 students are placed. And highest package offered is 7lacks in information technology trade. The avarage salary offered 3lacks. Placement process is easy to me and my college also support to me.

College Events

The campus is not that huge, but well spaced. Best feature of it is that it's green. Worst feature is that they need to update, but they haven't. Students can engage in different memberships,clubs,organisations,etc.

Campus Life

KIT college infrastructure is the best, all facilities are available like WiFi, smart board, projectors, etc. All classroom have computer and our computer department there are 12 labs and each labs have 22 computers including teachers PCs. Internet speed is also good.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. Practical v/s theoretical balance: Labs, workshops and real world projects are a core part of the structure, especially in engineering, design, and science programs. CIA like case studies, presentations, and assignments encourage hands on learning. An underrated college in kolhapur

I chose this college because the fees is very affordable and the return on investment is good. Placements are also fine and they are improving every year.
