Anonymous's Review On Jaypee Institute Of Information Technology University - [JIIT], Noida

While my score was not so good in the JEE exam and I was not eligible to give JEE advanced I had to choose colleges having admissions on the basis of JEE Mains score. Then I came to know about Jaypee Institute. I heard name of this institute from many people around me such as some of my friends and teachers. Then I filled the form and started searching for the institute a bit more. Then I found out that it is the college which would be best for me. I found out it has 2 campuses in Noida only which I thought as a great advantage to me as Noida wasn't too far from my house. The I saw the facilities over there such as sports, hostel facilities and events which were apt for me. But the main driving reason for me was the Academics and teachers in the institute. Discipline in the college is good and rules are not soo strict that you can't even enjoy your college life. So overall I liked the environment and facilities.

Our college is affiliated under UGC and follows it's curriculum completely. Here there is a system of credits which we have to complete by passing in subjects and gaining those credits. Industrial exposure is good in the college as teachers promote students to make industrial level projects and find internships. Faculties in the college are really supportive and help us at every step. Some of my favorite faculties are Dr. Ashish Gupta, Mr. Varun Goel and Mr. Raghvendra Singh.

Companies like Amazon, Wipro, Deloitte and Infosys visit the campuses for placements nearly every year. Infosys and Deloitte are the mass recruiters for the college. Other companies involved in recruitment process are OLA, Delhivery, AXA Xl etc. Placement cell in the college is good and hardworking and keeps us updated for all the opportunities available around us.

As Jaypee has two different campuses in Noida so both of them have their seperate events. Best advantage of this is that students are allowed to attend both of them no matter in which campus they study. There are events like freshers party in both campuses and also the annual events in both the campuses and the name of the events goes as Impressions and Converge. Students from many other institutes also participate in them.

Infrastructure of the college is not so fabulous but its descent. College provides us with free wi-fi, all kinds of sport facilities and all basic requirements such as a cafe and a hostel. College also provides us with facilities such as gym and swimming pool.
