College days

It was a really great experience. I enjoyed my college days to the best.

The course is too good. We can clear with common sense and logic. But somehow I felt practical knowledge is also equally important. I felt theoretical knowledge was too much. There should be pratical knowledge also. Along with it books should be upto date as and when government does modifications in laws and rules.

Well I really apologize to inform you that I already had job in hand before completing graduation. But I have heard that companies like L&T etc comes to the college compus for interview.

Almost all festivals are celebrated in Somaiya. Somaiya has a huge compus. It has chess court, gardens, 3 canteens. Festivals like makarsankranti, teachers day, college fest, diwali, eid, holy, Gandhi jayanti, etc. All fest are respected and celebrated here.

Fees are really reasonable and affordable. When I studied it was 20000 approximately. Fees are accepted in cash as well as through cards. College provides the complete breakdown of fees collected. There is a minimum amount collected as security which they refund it after completing the year. I had received the amount.

I really apologize to inform that I didn't opt for scholarship, education loan so there is no question of availing it.

It has a huge compus. There are around 5 colleges in the campus. And one school. There are 3 huge canteens in the campus. There is a garden. There is a chess court as well. There is one huge criket ground. Hostel. Libraries. benches to sit. An auditorium, meeting rooms, etc.

Seniors are also really corporative and helpful. They do not trol. Infact help us and guide us. Seniors use to help in exam preparation as well.

I was pursuing CA so I selected this course. This college is near my house so to avoid traveling during rainy season and exams I prefered this college. Admission process is too simple. It's purely on the basis of merit list. We need to fill form on or before the due date and wait for the merit list.

Faculty is corporative. Teachers and sirs help students to grow. They give chance to improve. They support students to participate in other curriculum activities. There are around 7 lectures a day. Average age of faculty is around 40 years. Teachers and sirs conducts lecture on time. Almost all the lectures are conducted by faculties. Hardly there are any free lecture.
