I was a student of KJ Somaiya College of Arts & Commerce. College is autonomus now and the exams paper are set by college & not university. Faculty is good. Campus is excellent. Once you leave the college, you will miss everything from lectures, 4 ways, maggi house, management canteen, IV etc. Management students do have placements in good companies. (BMS, BBI, BFM, BAF) So, in short it is a good college with decent students & faculty.

It is excellent and effective over there. Perhaps the most important function of education is socialization. Well, I opted for Bachelor in Commerce and so there is no such placements for the said course. Although, MBA students do have placements facility. And I have no clue about the companies for their placements.

No I did had any need of it. To apply for the loan, one must be an Indian citizen, having secured an admission into a college/university recognised by a competent authority in India or abroad. Somaiya University is an educational campus located in the Vidyavihar suburb of Mumbai. No, I did not. Hostel Facilities - There is two hostel one is Polytechnic Hostel and the other is Management Hostel. Both the Hostel is good. And the room and mess food is also good. And Polytechnic fees is 102900 and Management Hostel fees is 193000.
