I find it better in terms of infrastructure, facilities, faculties and placement, compared to other same grade college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The academic pedagogy is entirely as per updated needs, mostly live example and case based approach is followed, curriculum designed is appropriate. We also get to connect with guest faculties who bring in entire industry related experience for us, giving us chance to explore more.
Placement Experience
Our placement team is student driven with faculty mentors associated, max batch gets placed, both in SIP and final placement.
College Events
Almost all festivals holi, diwali, christmas, eid, janmashtami, along with professional events including talks, competitions organized by the various clubs and commities of our college, who also brings in students from other B schools across india for events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible as compared to other B schools, because the facilities we get in campus are justified entirely as per the standards, and college does not charge any unnecessary costs to students. We are also given easy opportunity for education loans.
Fees and Financial Aid
I availed an education loan, it was pretty easy to get since college is listed in top college lists of mostly reputed banks.
Campus Life
They maintain a cultural diversity, with 55:45 male to female ratio. Also makes and females all across the nation come here to study, also the hum batch hai 60% females, which makes it a better gender diverse course in india as this is one of those courses where women lead.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are mandatory for all of us as it is a residential course, we need to live there in campus in hostels for entire two years. They are clean, with better toilets, well equipped infrastructure. Also, they are not old buildings.
Alumni/Alumna
It is easy to connect with alumni because of the alumni club in college, they arrange events like grand alumni meets every year.
Admission
I applied to GIM, and was shortlisted based on my CMAT score, then was called for a GD-PI round, where two faculties from the institute itself came for our assessment. Later I received an email being informed of admission confirmation. The GD PI round also included writing round.
Faculty
They are highly qualified professionals with a good student to faculty ratio. Mostly teachers have either completed or are pursuing PHD from reputed institutes. They are mostly graduates from IITs and IIMs with good work experience as well in various sectors.
