College is good but no extracurricular or placement

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum was good and not upto the current requirements. As I am a computer science student there was no new technologies learned that are required in current industry. Campus placement were not great. Yes there was only one industrial visit and not much attention is paid towards them.

There were few seminars and there is yearly college fest, it was a big one almost students from every state and every state university participated and there is a sportstech for every semester in the college there was participation from every state.

No, college is near home so didn't opt for hostel, hostel rooms and good and. There is huge area for hostel, Hostel rooms are to be shared between two roommates. Mess is cheap and hostel is clean and. Well maintained

I got my my admission through counseling. This college was is my near my house and A+ accredited. All you had to do fill form and there were three counseling and and we were selected on basis of my our Jee ranks and courses were based on our Jee ranks.

There were four to six lectures daily with some additional lab, teachers were fully qualified mostly PHD, few mtech student also used to take initial subjects and. Even some PhD students. Most of them good but not great and the lectures didn't hold any relevant industry experience or certification

Course Curriculum Overview:

If i talk about my couse then i study in bsc (medical) which is a good course, we studies botany, zoology, chemistry, physics also we are nep student so we study more subject. By studying bsc we came to know my real life experiment like knowing about species, real life incidents etc. I suggest my teaching staff that they have to focus more in practical classes not on theory classes because students are more interested in them.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from 5th semester for campus placement..Companies like TCS, Policy bazaar, bajaj insurance visited the campus but the role they offered is mostly of sales even for finance students the package is mostly started form 3lpa to 6lpa for fresh BBA students... Highest package of the college for bba student is 12LPA and the average package would be 3.5LPA.. 80 to 90 percent were getting placed but as i said earlier the role are mostly of sales so many student opted out with themselves from placement.. My plans is i want to go in finance field and working on it pursuing a financial modelling course with my degree..After getting the degree and completing my financial modellung course i will enter in finance world and gonna pursure MBA with my job

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like the curriculum. It is very systematic and interesting. It makes the course more engaging with the distribution of subjects and everything. The theory and practicals are so interesting. If a student tries to relate, they can certainly get a lot of knowledge for real world and operations The teaching methods are also good. It would be nicer if practical knowledge was provided in 1st 2nd and 3rd year but it is usually not given in any college for veterinary so it's not something wrong. The exam date timings are not bad, usually there is gap of around 1 to 1.5 month between each internal exam and then there are prep leaves for external exams. The only sad part is that it takes a lot of time since each subject has 2 exams for externals with syllabus divided.

There are many companies which come in our college like TCS Amazon uber Wipro at sector et cetera and they give the average package of 3 lakh 2 5 lahks from my knowledge almost 60-70% students are placed in various companies and I also try for doing my masters in the same college or any other college.

I took a drop so i had no other option left with my JEE rank only this state government college was offering me a chance to pursue a Btech degree , So I took admission over here without any second thought and honestly dont regret it , I couldnt expect more on that rank honestly . UIET : a campus nice perspectively

Elgibily includes 10+2 qualified in PCM ( physics , chemistry, mathematics ) and applications are drawn through JEE mains . Application forms can be found on offical site uiet.mdu.ac.in and the process of seat allotment is carried out by Haryana Technical Educational Society I have not received any reservation benifits so i cant tell exactly First year was already running late so they completed 2 semesters within 8 months but usually semesters are divided with 6 months with 4 month study 1 month exam and 1 month break classes being mostly dusring 5 days a week For admission process you need to gather all documents prepared as there are no printer facility in campus for this regard and might face some issues of lunch break time...Read More

You can get admission in Btech by entrance exam like JEE Mains.Actually, UIET MDU ROHTAK is a government college of Haryana state under Maharishi Dayanand University.For the admission in UIET,you have to attend the counselling of HSTES and in that form ,you have to submit all your details like your name,marks in jee mains,and many more.If u get name in list, then you have to visit the college for admission process and you have to submit your original documents like Migration certificate, character certificate .You have to visit the hostel for booking a hostel room .Hostel fee is very low i.e, 12000 per month and in this 12 k , six thousand rupees are refundable bcz these were for security purpose.MDU has a lush green campus with each n every facility like swimming pool, stadium, gymnasium hall,basket court,tennis court .if u are a sports lover, then Mdu is heaven for you bcz as u know ,the many Olympic n Asian medals holders are from Haryana state _ÃƒÂ´ÃƒÂ–_.The other aspects is that this university has various colleges in the campus like for BA,BBA, BTECH,HOTEL MANAGEMENT, and many other courses....Read More
