Course Curriculum Overview

5

The Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A.) is a 3-year undergrad program that opens students to different spaces of P.C. applications. Theoretical learning is upheld by an elite functional learning climate where students get involved preparing in numerical displaying, programming and application improvement, programming the board, and that's just the beginning. The B.C.A. program at JIMS Rohini gives a valuation methodology and more profound subject comprehension to the students according to the changing patterns of the I.T. area. The faculty is really experienced. They have amazing knowledge and experience in their respective fields. JIMS Rohini sector 3 is a really good college for pursuing BCA. It has appropriate infrastructure along with state-of-the-art Classrooms, IT centre, Communication Lab, Multimedia Audiovisual equipment and presentation tools, Internet and Intranet connectivity in Classrooms and Digital Electronic Labs All the required infrastructure facilities are there in the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

1st day when I entered into the college it was fine and 2nd and 3rd were also awesome. Even my full 1st semester and half of 2nd semester was fine But since iNurture broke the agreement with University, everything changed But after that teachers and cordinators were not acting like other colleges. They force student to attend all the lecture the teacher are also not so experience. Some of them are some are not. Few teacher are very strict and mind@#@# they don’t understand the problem just keep on what they want. And there is no response of complaint. Not cordinators neither HOD are supportive to students' problem regarding faculty When I started college there were 75 students in my batch But now the strength is 70 Canteen service in this college is outstanding Every canteen like Dubey Uncle's canteen, Nescafe, etc. Dubey Uncle's and their cook's nature is so polite Even Nescafe waale bhaiya, he's more than a friend to everyone Food in Dubey Uncle's canteen is so good at reasonable price.

Campus Life

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college plays a vital role in the development of the college as a student are now focusing on the labs classrooms etc, it is important that the colleges have very good infrastructure with advanced laboratories equipped with state of the art equipment etc

Admission

I wasn't able to give Any college's entrance exam for personal reasons that's why I opted this college Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj from iNurture contacted me to take admission in this college Since this college was behind my School where I studied till 12th (Mother Divine Public School) I thought this won't be so far from my home before I shifted from Rohini Sector 22 to HIG Flats, Rajouri Garden

Faculty

1

Faculty -to-student ratio is just 2/10 Because the entire semester faculty don't teaches us relevant topic that will come in exams and also they don't provide subject related topics unless it's the last week of exams. CR selected by faculty are also not that good. They forces the whole class for mass bunk and if any student refuse they make a false complaint about that student to cordinators. Some of the faculty is good and some aren't I won't take the name of the faculty who aren't that good Exams in this college are at medium level But the results are worst University even shuffles between marks of the students with same name And mid terms are checked by faculty itself, means of a teacher have personal problem with student, faculty deducts marks without stating any reason

Placement Experience:

Placements are fairly decent, with a range of companies recruiting, though non-tech students often face challenges in securing relevant roles. The placement team conducts mock interviews and workshops to enhance students' soft skills. Salary packages vary significantly based on the company and individual skill set, and internship opportunities are also available.

Say anything about this college but i will not suggest to take BCA in this college. In other hand all teachers are giving their 100 to taught students better in College. I think they have to use digital service to teach im doing BCA and they still teaching like am taught by a school classrom by a school teacher.

From semester 6 the students start getting placed by companies. Companies visit colleges to hire freshers for an intern or for permanent jobs. Infosys and many companies visit the campus around 50 to 70 offers are placed at a time. Around 75% of students are placed in companies. My plans after getting a degree are to work in a reputed IT company.

Not sure about the placement procedure but I think that we will get some offers from companies in the 5th-6th semester. They were providing part-time jobs to students. We were informed by our teachers that our salary would be around 12000 rupees + incent and our working hours would be 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. But when we were interviewed they told us that our salary would be 8000rs + incent and our work time will be 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm. So all the students opted out of the job.
