Good comments is that I learned different language and that college, cz I belongs from north India.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum was same as other university. HMS college is under vtu Belgaum. At the end of every month their will be internal assessment, which marks will be included to final semester exam. University used to conduct three internals mad they will consider best of two. And at the end of semester university conducts final semester exam.
Placement Experience
Placement to our college was average not so good not too bad. Other stream like computer science, information science and electronic engineering placement was nice student used to get good package in companies. But in our branch and mechanical engineering placement was very low.
College Events
Flair, symposium, knew, but quizzes, yearly vtu cricket cup, was held in our college only. At end of every year we used to make cultural event called flair, our college used to invite all district colleges to participate. With free entry fees, and our college used to do all kinds of events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Actually our college management was so flexible they consider poor people and also they consider the problems of students and their parents. When I was student then that time my fee was 70000 per annum I had supposed to pay in two installments but I requested management to consider me and give relaxation. Then they accepted my request.
Fees and Financial Aid
No I did not take any kind of education loan, I applied for scholarships but I dint get that due to unknown reason.
Campus Life
In our college gender ratio was almost 30 and 70 means 30% girls and 70% boys. This is the average ratio of college. now coming to the the labs in computer lab they used to give one system per student. In work shop 5-7 student per machine like lath machine, UTM machine etc.
Alumni/Alumna
No comments my college environment lecturer seniors and with all we had good relation. As our college is best for middle class people.
Admission
I got admissionThrough management quota. I came to know about that college through my friends and they recommend me to join that college. Because this college is very near from Bangalore city and you can get vehicle any time from Bangalore, means ease to transport.
Faculty
In our college lecturer were highly talented, my HOD Dr GS sudhi Kumar 54 he was simple but highly talented and simple person. And other staff was good. And their average age was 35-40 years. Like Ramya madam she was expert of geotechnical also she was good in aurveying.
