Remarks

Distance is very less from my home to college. Also, the teaching is very good. ECE is an evergreen branch, so I opted for it. College has very dedicated staff members who are always dedicated to teach students. Hence I liked this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculties are very dedicated as they take care to complete the syllabus.The course covers almost all subjects related to electronics and communication. This will help in professional careers as we got interview training.

There are lot of companies coming for placements every year. Majority of the students are placed. The college gives lot of support.

College conducts many cultural and sports activities. This gives opportunities for students to participate in many competitions where they can show their talents and skills. An event called tatva is conducted every year.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

Pgdm At JAGsom - My Honest Take

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester, We have our internship as IIP. The companies coming are namely, Blackrock, Oxane, Zepto, Informatica and more. The placements are going well for Marketing and Finance. The Highest package is 50lpa and median is 10lpa. But if you stay in top 10-20% in your batch you can get, 13-14lpa. The profiles offered are of management trainee, financial analyst, data analyst, etc. Around 60-70% of the batch gets placed, but cracking interviews for placements is in student's hand.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the classes are taken regularly in preclinical and paraclinical subject and some of clinical subjects as well. these are slidepresentation, demonstration and group discussions. there is great learning opportunities. case discusions are done in clinical postings. integrated leaning is not much practiced and would be drawback. library timings are not suitable at all.

A good college for starting your new journey

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible to sit for placement in their final years. The companies which comes for the placement are deloitte, goldmanSachs, amazon and many more reputed companies. And they do make many offers. The highest package reports around 30 LPA and the average goes on around 3 to 4.5 LPA. Around 70-90 percent get placements. My plans is to pursue higher studies.

I actually could have gone to iit but I ignored cbse and couldn't complete the 75% criteria,due to cbse my kcet rank went down, according to my rank this is the best college and course I can get,yeah I got rejected by iit cuz I got 67%, I don't know about other admission process mine was due to kcet u have to either pay challan in bank or online of rupees 107500,after that u have to download the admission order and go to the college submit the necessary documents and pay 27500 admission fee in which u will get ur stationary,a artic fox customised bag, library accessibility,etc my branch cutoff was around 65k...Read More
