Remarks

Mostly many students will be placed for sure. Opportunities are very high.my sister studied in vellore vit.So I chose vit.vit is very reputed institution. It's includes diversity of Indian people.whereas vellore vit has diverse group of students and faculties from all over the world.

Course Curriculum Overview

My course syllabus is very good, we are having INDUSTRIAL VISITS EVERY month.Faculties are really good.PREMALATHA mam is really kind person. All faculties and deans are very down to earth persons. Monthly qcm-quality circle meeting will be held.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 190000 per year

Placement Experience

Ctc, tcs,wipro, cognizant,Nokia, hcl etc.many startups are there in vit. Many companies are coming for placements.

College Events

We have vibrance every two year.we conduct events every year. Coding, cultural, sports, dance etc.we have tug of war. We have soapy football, hackthons, marathons etc. we have mootcoat for law and business studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

if you are in 1st category, your total amount will be reduced to 90000.There is no loan availability for now

Campus Life

We have sports club.our library is very big and fully air conditioned.we have adequate lab equipment.we have basketball ground, football ground, tennis ground, hockey ground, swimming pool etc. we will have many marathons.

Hostel Facilities

My hostel is very clean. restrooms are really clean.workers clean our rooms and restrooms everyday. We have PG nearby vit which is 10000 rental.hostel facility is FCFS system -First come first served.

Hostel Fee: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience:

For placements inside campus we become eligible from 7th semester onwards. there is a minimum cgpa criteria which we are informed. Companies which reputation come for placement drives : Some of them are : Google Microsoft Amazon TCS INFOSYS wipro HCL Larsen and Toubro Samsung and many more. The highest salary package from what i know was 23 lakhs per annum and on an average a package of 3.5-5 LPA is offered to students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is more based on what is the requirement cuurently in the industry and changes are made every year to maintain its standard and quality.Areas of improvement needed in teaching methods is that instead of just reading the ppts, it will be nice if teacher uses some practical way to explain the concept or adds more examples to the slides. The Class tests occur within a gap of month and their difficulty level is moderate.

VIT has a tag value of its own and it does make a difference if you add "VIT" as your college in your resume. I applied in BITS,MIT,SRM and VIT and I have WBJEE too. I chose this college as my relatives did their course here and i was inspired by them. And i heard VIT has good NRIF ranking. Life of an MBA at VIT

All of us know VIT for its flagship program which is B. Tech but its MBA program is too good as well. I gave the CAT exam and secured 85 percentile which helped me in taking admission at VIT. NAAC accredited the university Grade A and it is ranked 51-75 for MBA/PGDM by NIRF in 2020. Another thing is the cost of study which is far less compared to other B schools.
