Anwesh Choudhury's Review On Vellore Institute Of Technology - [VIT] Chennai, Chennai

I have taken drop for one year after i was unable to clear jee actually in the first i had not even applied for any other colleges. In the 2nd time i applied for many private universities including VIT. But again I was unable to clear Jee which left me no option to join any private college yeah i have option of joining local govt colleges but i have heard that in those govt colleges they don't teach properly and they don't take even classes properly which left me no option to join private college and VIT is far better than any other private colleges and I have cleared its entrance exam so i joined here.

Course curriculum is much better than other colleges the courses they provide are from the basics slo they actually try to clear all our basics from the very start considering academics section everything is so much good teachers are also pretty good they help us clear our doubts but there are many teacher who never teaches anything but only show us slides and continue this for whole semester which ultimately affects us

Yeah placements are pretty good there means who works hard and has skills can easily get placement there but placement rate is not pretty high i mean actually Vit vellore and Vit chennai do their interviews together in Vellore so there is very less chance for many people to get placed if you dont have many skills.

In my opinion campus is fine there are many shops actually food stalls events are also organized in a very good way techinal events are there like technovit which also include many fun events and the college fest,Vibrance which was organized brilliantly last year

Wifi is there but not so fast it will provides 50gb/month and net speed is also low,library is pretty fine so many books are there of different genre all books are arranged according to different subjection and there is also separate section for novels and there are also books for learning foreign languages
