Remarks

Didn't get admission in any other colleges in which I applied so finally took admission in this college. Also the college was in my hometown so opted for this college. Taking a drop of one year and preparing for JEE was not an option for me.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was very outdated. It had no relevance with current technology. Moreover some of the subjects from which questions are asked in job interviews were in the final year. Academics was easy as it was very easy to score good marks in MAKAUT as examination was simple. Very few faculties in the college were very good.

Placement Experience

0.5

Very few companies visited the campus for placemen approx 10-15. Amongst those visited most of them very service based companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and most of the students were placed in these companies. No core companies visited for any of the branches other than CSE, IT. A single student was allowed to get 3-4 jobs of around. 3 LPA in above mentioned companies so to improve the college placement percentage so many were left out due to this. I was lucky enough to go for off campus job but that too college considered as on campus and didn't let me sit in the campus interview. Placement was college is over rated it's below average. Colleges like Techno India invited more than 200 companies and that too with good package.

Campus Life

Infrastructure was college was similar to a muktistoried building. It had no playground, park or open space. Felt like school days were back with no playground. It had only two lifts which was conjusted as always. The best part was 24*7 library which was a nice place to study but only during non working hours as during working hours it was generally crowded.

Admission:

I applied to the MBA program for which I qualified since I was already a graduate in business administration with 78% marks. I waited for the merit list and once my name was there, I was invited for the counselling round. I faced some issues during the document verification process, but the administration was very supportive throughout the counselling process.
