Remarks

First business school in india,has a very solid rapo in case of HR department.Near to my house.Various departments are there and they provide hundred percent placement in certain department such as retail and public sector.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus is updated from year to year and all the faculties have immense knowledge on the topic and they also provide us with case studies that are beneficial for us.Due to pandemic thay are unable to have any industrial exposure.

Class Size: 46Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

Various companies visit college campus for placement such as tcs,cesc,itc,emami,amri etc.and the entrepreneur cell is also very good.They conduct seminar and have workshop.

Curriculum was overall good but it's a bit pressure also. But as everyone knows good things required hard work. So I really enjoyed the whole course during the college years. There are two exams. One is internal of 25 marks and second one is of 75 marks, which is external.

An average old school management institute with average placements

The best part of this insititute is the legacy that it carries being the oldest management institute of the country it aims to keep upto its reputation. The courses are extremely affordable with minimal additional cost other than you opt in for hostels and other things. The college is also average in terms of placement . Overall, IISWBM is a great place to do your MBA from. Its affordable and the placements are decent for the price you are paying. Plus a Calcutta Universe Degree has a lot of value so its a worthy addition to our CV. The faculty is rich in knowledge and deadlines are followed.
