Course Curriculum Overview
there are internal examinations and assignments then Final exams (20+80). I am pursuing Environment Managemnt. It is a 2years programme in IISWBM under Calcutta University. This course is little unknown and new to many people. One should have a science background in graduation or in 11+12 standard to join Environment management.
Placement Experience
Yes, The college provide the internship, if you are lucky enough you can get a internship which pays you. But this all depends on luck. I got a paid internship. You have to crack a interview for that too. Placements are mostly out of west Bangal and most of the students are placed in a good company.
College Events
There are many occasions. Every department has their own celebrations E.g Environment management celebrates Earth Day. And there is a main fest and freshers welcome party too. Many outside colleges can participate into the fests too. they get a good prize.
Fee Structure And Facilities
In MBA-PS the fee is very reasonable than the other mainstream MBA courses which the college also provide. The fees for Environment management is around 4 lakhs in 2 years only. If you are searching for something different in nominal cost you can go for this course.

There is loan facility for the needy ones. I never had taken a loan but many of the students who are willing to take loans you can. Scholarship options are rarest in MBA programmes. For taking loan you have to submit the proper paper and the administrative person will tell you the further details.
Campus Life
There is one Computed lab. Football competition also happens, cricket too. There is one Gym within the premises. The computer lab is very clean. Also many colleges like Kgp IIT take some workshops here.

The alumni meet take place one in a year. The network is very strong. You can seek help from anyone through Linkdin. In the alumni meet you can meet and greet and expand your connections with them. Every passport batch mostly joins this alumni meet.
Admission
I scored a good Mark's in MAT examination and applied for this course. Got selected and given the GDPI interview after that I got the final letter for admission. And then you need to collect a Equivalant certificate from Calcutta university. After submitting all the documents you can join the course
Faculty
They are helpful, You can seek help and take opinions from them anytime. The placement department helps you to find a internship. The faculty will guide you for the dissertation project which is very important.
