Remarks

First business school in india,has a very solid rapo in case of HR department.Near to my house.Various departments are there and they provide hundred percent placement in certain department such as retail and public sector.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus is updated from year to year and all the faculties have immense knowledge on the topic and they also provide us with case studies that are beneficial for us.Due to pandemic thay are unable to have any industrial exposure.

Class Size: 46Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

Various companies visit college campus for placement such as tcs,cesc,itc,emami,amri etc.and the entrepreneur cell is also very good.They conduct seminar and have workshop.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.

Shaping My Future: A Comprehensive Review of College Life and Academics

After 7th semester companies started coming and there is different criteria for different companies like some company have criteria for more then 8.5 cgpa will be able to seat only in their placement conducting it is totally based on company preferences. The highest package was 9 lpa and average package was 3 lpa. Around 60 percent student get placed in my department.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of my college is very strong.From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements.There are around 50 companies visited in the college such as TCS,Intel. Microsft. Deloitte,etc.205 students are placed in TCS in year 2019. 415 students are placed in campus placement last year. Maximum CTC was 25 lacs/pa and average CTC was 5.5 lacs/pa previous year.After Jadhavpur University,the average CTC of the college is higher than IEM. Above 95% placements for IT,CSE and ECE students.There are around 55-60% placements in other department.My plans are doing some great things after getting the degree.

An average old school management institute with average placements

The best part of this insititute is the legacy that it carries being the oldest management institute of the country it aims to keep upto its reputation. The courses are extremely affordable with minimal additional cost other than you opt in for hostels and other things. The college is also average in terms of placement .
