There are a total of 23 NLUs in India. NLU is the top law college in India. National law university Jodhpur stands at Rank 5 in India. To get into NLU one has to give an entrance exam named CLAT(common law admission test) and clear the minimum cut-off. This exam has negative marks as well. There will be 0.25 negative for every wrong answer. There are a total of 4 parts on which the exam is conducted i.e English, Reasoning (Critical and analytical), Legal aptitude, and maths. Every NLU has different Cut offs as per the ranking. After clearing the minimum cut-offs students will get allotted different NLUs as per their marks in the entrance exam. I personally dropped out for a year for getting into NLU'S. CLAT entrance exam is of 200 marks total out of which one has to clear the minimum cut-offs to get the NLU'S. You have to Provide your Aadhar, 10th, and 12th mark sheet, your CLAT scorecard, your parent's income statements, their photo ID cards. You'll get admitted immediately. They'll tell you about the course and optional subjects one by one. They will ask you about your interests and they will give you a guided tour of the college. I think my college is situated at one of the remotest but beautiful location which is the best thing about the city Jodhpur. It has beautiful fort named Meherangarh Fort and other places like Mandore Garden, Umaid Bhawan, Jaswant Thada. All these place always makes you feel young and new and thus, the city never makes us feel bored from our hectic college and academic life....Read More
