Remarks
Faculties are very good there. Fees structures are reasonable, better than other colleges in Kolkata. The syllabus of Singhaniya University is more practical based than other universities. Location of the college is good, auto and buses are available everytime.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our course is mainly practical based, so that we can gain more practical knowledge rather than theory, which is very helpful during placement. Faculties are very good, One of our faculty was Anupam Mondal, who was a very good teacher.
Internships Opportunities
It was in 2nd year, I interned in a company, named Milestone Pvt Ltd. Profile was relationship executive, salary was 6k. The process of the interview was some of us went to the company, address was given by our HOD, as they referred us. There was to round, who had cleared the first round was eligible for second round, then we have selected.
Placement Experience
There's no MNC visited to our college, but there are small companies visited and also sometimes students have to visit the company. Placement process is based on company and of course depends on skills of the students.
College Events
The campus life was great. There all the students and faculties arrange every events together. There is no College Fest but the fresher's event is quite big, also every year faculties and students participate in sports. Besides that Teachers day, Saraswati Puja and also the seminar is the best part.
Campus Life
There is no sports and canteen facility but they have WiFi, size of the library was not big at all but there are enough books available according to the student's need. The labs and the equipments could be better.
