Our institute was the first government school in Delhi and also it is the first university law school established in the vicinity of the Supreme court, Delhi high court and various subordinate courts commissions and tribunals. It is also rated in the top 5 law colleges in Delhi NCR.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is a 2 years post graduate course. The course aims to transcend a narrow focus on legal rules and situate the study of corporate law in a wide interdisciplinary and comparative framework. The course provides various court visits, assignments, projects and research works. Thee course is chill and easy for regular students where as it can be little tough for the students who are doing the course privately and not attending regular class.
Placement Experience
More than 80 percent students got selected by top recuriting companies like Amarchand mangal das, luthra and luthara through college placement. The highest package offered is 9 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Our college also has placement cell with good faculties. They trained final year students for interviews by conducting Pdp classes and mock interviews.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure is feasible and moderate, so students can easily pay it. Students can know about their fees on college website according to the course and specialisation they want to opt. According to me fees is reliable and most of the students can easily afford it.
Campus Life
Most of the extracurricular activities are related to law activities like Moot courts, Debating (specifically parliament debates), Conference and publications and much more. Extracurricular activities for fun and for entertainment purpose are also organised by college after certain period of time.
Admission
Something that made me choose this course over others because this course helps in gaining a complete grasp of laws related to financial and commercial operations of a company. For taking admission i had given common law admission test conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The college selected me on the basis of merit list prepared of CLAT exam
Faculty
Faculties are so over whelmed by nature. Their helping nature is not only limited to academics and college life of students but they always have their helping hand towards the personal problems of students. Overall faculties are experienced, punctual and hardworking here.
