Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is very tiring and it involves a lot to study. The subject matter is all future driven and are derived mostly from the experience of the senior staff of the college. The teachers follow this and teaches us well.

Placement Experience

The college guarantees placements for the students. It?s a promise made by the college so that the students don?t have to worry about it once they finish their course. They get offers from very good companies.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is kind of high. But it is totally understandable as the college offers very good facilities and features for the students of the college with amazing infrastructure. That?s the reason why the fee is high.

Campus Life

Since the students all have a very tight schedule that their studies a lot of events are not conducted or celebrated. But a lot of sports and swimming classes are conducted in the college for the students.

Admission

The students should be eligible to apply with a good percentage in 10th and12th standard. Then they students have to appear for an online test and a psychometric test along which an interview will also be held.

Placement Experience:

placements can happen in any semester starting from 2nd semester, it completely depends on the companies which come to the campus for cadets. 95% of the cadets get placed at the end of their course. teh packages vary from 300000 to 1200000 per year. note that this is the stipend you get while training, once this training is finished and you have al the certifications and are medically fit for sailing you get ti earn 10 times more only after 2 years.

Placement Experience:

After completimg 2sem students are eligible for campus placements. Mock GD and interviews are conducted in 2 sem whivh will be assessed and will affect the overall SGPA. There are multiple companies like JLL, CBRE, Turner and Townsend, AWFIS, C&W, SPCL,GR Infra, GMR, Rider Levett Bucknail, Godrej, ICICI Bank, JWIL, Knight Frank, Savills, Vishwaraj etc. Around 98% of the students were placed from the campus interview. Profiles were for project management. Highest package was 28 LPA by Rider Levett Bucknail.

From 7th semester, the internship opportunities and full time placement opportunities starts to come, For my batch, Veritas, coditas , Worldline, Wipro, KPIT, CrelioHealth, Kylas these companies came with a good package which was greater tha 4 LPA. Highest package was from veritas 12 LPA, Kylas 7 LPA, and average was arount 3.5-4 LPA. Arount 60% students gets placed. I am placed with a good package through campus placement only

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

The surroundings of our college are very interesting, there are guest lectures, workshops. Also, Fresher parties and all of the other events make life at our college very enjoyable.
