Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of the course Microbiology, is too good to be explained. The knowledge one can gain from this course is immense. You will find indulged in the microbial world and you will enjoy the course to its core. The exam is conducted as similar to any other science college.

Placement Experience

There are minimum number of placements in the college, yet some companies do come for recruitment. Some of the companies are food and beverages, beer production, Quality assurance, etc. The highest salary package ranges from 17,000-20,000 INR.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for this amazing course is just around 3500 INR per semester excluding the examination fees. The fees is very minimal for this course when compared to other colleges, offering the same.

Campus Life

There are lots of them. Some of them the major events which takes place in the college are annual day fests, where almost all the students take part in the celebrations. The students are also allowed to improve their physical health by participating in different games.

Hostel Facilities

There are hostels inside the campus for both boys and girls. The hostel strength accommodates around 300 people people, with four or six member sharing rooms. The rooms are quite spacious and all the other necessary facilities are also taken care of.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network and seniors are the best people around here. The alumni are the best in guiding us about the career growth and how to find jobs. The seniors are the people who support in every situation of the college events.

Admission

The admission process is based on the scores of UG and the rank list availed in the Karnataka Post Gradation Common Entrance Test. For some students outside the Karnataka board, the college itself conducts an entrance exam. The merit list is prepared and the students are admitted accordingly.

Course curriculum here feels more practical and idea driven rather than just theory based which was one of the main reasons I chose this course it focuses on design thinking creativity and real execution instead of only textbook learning One of the strongest parts is how it slowly builds your understanding from basics to advanced concepts through projects assignments and presentations this helps in preparing for real world work because you are constantly creating and improving your portfolio rather than just studying for exams The curriculum does prepare you for industry to a good extent especially in terms of creative thinking software usage and project handling but it can improve by including more updated trends real time industry briefs and collaboration with professionals which will make it even more relevant Teaching methods are mostly interactive and practical but sometimes they can include more workshops guest sessions and exposure to current market tools to enhance learning experience Exams are conducted with two internal assessments of around 40 marks each followed by a final semester exam of 70 marks theory and 30 marks practical the difficulty level is moderate if you attend classes and complete your work regularly it is manageable Overall the curriculum is strong in building creative foundation and practical skills but with a few updates and more industry exposure it can become even more effective for future careers

1.I did applied to mysore and kuvempu university shivamoga but unfortunetly i didnt went for councelling because am from davangere my father didnt allowd me i choose these campus because its present in my city 2.no i only didnt went to those campus 3 . admission follow up by councelling to the applied students before that they conduct entrence exam and for to get seat the criteria they follow is theybtake 50% of your degree marks and 50% of enterence exam result based on that they will made selection list, if sc st and other lower cast get first prefrence for admission later based on parcentage 30 sats for govt merit students reamimg 50 seats for management coat govt merit seats you need to pay govt fees like within 30k per year and if you get scolorship it is also refundable but for management coat no fees got refundable ,these is how admission processs proced...Read More
