Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University (VSKUB) admits students to various courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels based on merit for most of the UG and PG courses. The university also conducts counselling for admission. Before proceeding to the university-level selection for official admission to the MBA program, candidates must have qualified for either the university-conducted or national-level entry i.e CAT or Karnataka PGCET exam. Candidates for PG programs, except for the MBA, are selected through counseling based on their scores in the qualifying exams. Admissions to Ph.D. is based on the performance in SKURESCET, conducted by the university followed by an interview.
