Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of this particular course is indeed very vast and at the same time provides a complete knowledge about design and craft. There is a fixed structure of conducting examinations and practicals too.

Placement Experience

4

The placement and job opportunities of the college are indeed commendable and completing such a renowned course from this university opens a plethora of opportunities for a student to work with renowned designers and at great institutions.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It costs ?11.6 lacs for completing this prestigious course from this university. It is a four year long, full time, on-campus course and in my opinion, this fee structure is justified and inexpensive. Furthermore, there are several scholarship options available too.

Campus Life

Several extra-curricular activities are organised by the college with an intention to provide a platform to the students to show their existing skills and develop new and different skills. I am extremely fond of all these activities.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network of the college is very strong and interconnected as students who graduated from the college are doing great in their lives but they are still very connected to the college and hence, it is an overwhelming feeling to meet them.

Admission

I am currently pursuing the Certificate in Foundation Program in Design + Bachelor of Vocational Studies [B.Voc.] from Indian Institute of Crafts and Design - [IICD], Jaipur. The admission criteria was simple and based on the merit of a student.

Faculty

4.5

The teaching staff of the college are highly experienced and skilled. They are amazing at what they do. They believe in imparting the finest form of knowledge and therefore, I am extremely glad to grow and learn under them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course covers all the modern and traditional aspects of pharmacy. But the real world application seems a bit weak. There's less time spent of product making, introduction to industries, communication skills. But they do prepare you academically for higher education and compititive exams. Teaching methods could have been better rather than just recommending books and writing notes on board. Exams are held frequently. Students have to prepare for both theory and practicals including vivas. I chose this course and college because I had to stay here with my parents and b pharm seemed like a good career option.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

The curriculum here is inspired from IIT Kanpur and IIIT Hyderabad but most of the courses aree not relevant today like in today's world C language is outdated but they always teach everything in C and in ECE branch the courses are considered to be the toughest and maximize of them are not relevant today.

i choose b.com because curriculum was relevent to my aspect, the curriculum is preparing me for my future studies is good but it is quite outdated in terms of todays world, so i would suggest 1 improvement to it, add new chapters and remove old boring chapters from curriculum. there and 6 to 8 months of gap between each semesters and they are quite tricky.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had given NEET in awe of getting into MBBS course but due to vast competition and less seats I could not get a seat. This option was budget friendly and also tempting. There is a lot of scope in dentistry and there is blind money without any risk of life .So yeah I like the course alot. There is scope for masters and surgery too.
