Remarks

The college works a lot towards women empowerment. they give girls a chance to do something great with their lives. I really love my college. I made a lot of friends and good memories.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is nice and easy. There are good subjects like Macro and Micro Economics as well as allied subjects like International Economics and Statistics. Exams are held on a semester basis so 6 semesters means 6 set of exams.

Placement Experience

Most students in our college want to go for higher education or banking exams so recruitment services are not provided to us. Internships are there but the stipends are low. Some students do go for the internships.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My course was a three year course and the fees for one year was approximately 1500/-. It is very inexpensive and makes it possible for a lot of students to afford it. I paid a total of 5000 for all the three years.

Campus Life

There are a lot of extracurricular activities held in our college. Dance and Music are taught as well. There is sports where students are taught different sports. Competitions are also held to keep the students encouraged.

Admission

There are not a lot of criteria for admission. The only thing you need to be eligible is to score a minimum of 55% in your 12th boards from any recognised board like CBSE ICSE or State Board. Also, you must have either Economics or Maths to apply.

The faculty members are very helpful and nice. they are very knowledgeable and help students to understand concepts even outside of classes. They helped us with notes and good study material that were very useful during exams.

My Experience at TPI as a 3rd Year Diploma Undergrad

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are good. Big names are associated with TPI for campus placements. But for Computer Science students, very few companies arrive, that too with very less salaries. (not worth it). It is generally reccomendable if you can do a Btech is come college and work on your skills there, your employbility gets higher. Highest package from Computer Science is 20 LPA (off-campus) and lowest package is 1.8 LPA (on-campus). Generally on campus placements range from 2 to 3 LPA.

Niper Kolkata: from starting to end

Placement Experience:

2nd year students are eligible for the campus placement. Sai, Hetero, mendine, dr. Reddys etc companies visities for the campus placement. Offers ranges from 5-12 lpa. 60% students gets placed, 10% goes for higher studies and others get job off campus in my department. Other departments has 100% placement. My plans are pHd from Niper as it provides vast knowledge and instrumental exposure.

NIT Durgapur:-A wholesome Insight in the college life and it's different aspects

Placement Experience:

For campus placements student become eligible from the 7th semester onwards and for internships student get eligible from 5th semester onwards. Wide no of companies visited our campus around 180+ and made around 580+ offers to the students. The highest salary was 58LPA which was offered by DE Shaw and the highest accepted salary was 51LPA in Microsoft.The average package rolls roughly around 10-12 LPA.The profile offered include SDE roles, management roles,finance in some cases.The overall placement percentage was around 80% with Branches like electrical and metallurgy moving above 90% followed by CSE and ECE in the mid 80s while for biotech and civil the placement percentage are generally below 70.My plans after getting the degree is to land a job offer from on campus placements.Therefafter maybe look out for and MBA from top B schools of india.

our college average package is 600000 per Anum and highest package is 1800000 per Anum according to recent data. and 80% of student got placed . And wipro , windows, tcs , siemens , tata like companies come to our college for placement. Core students are also got placed but many of them goes for hihger studies.

There is no exams as such, however people will have to apply through the portal and have to pay a very small fee for registration.
