Remarks

The overall infrastructure of the college is well maintained and really peaceful.The college has all the facilities for its students and has been recognised institute for its academic front.The college provides a great exposure to students and has excellent placement opportunities for them.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is in the prescribed form.The course is vast and involves a lot of practical application of subject.The college conducts exams in the format of mid semester and end semester exams and also there are unit tests to make students well versed with both the theoritical and practical aspects of the course.

Placement Experience

The college placements are extremely wonderful.The companies in which the students have been previously placed include Oneplus,Samsung,TCS,Infosys just to name a few.The students have access to all opportunities which aid to their overall development.The college has great scope of placements for the deserving students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college fees is according to the norms of AICTE and is feasible for students.For every semester ,the college fees is INR 1.75lakhs that may change every semester.The students who are unable to afford the course can apply for merit scholarships worth INR2.7 crores.

Campus Life

The college has a equal gender ratio of students and also has all the basic facilities of labs and other requirements well- maintained and properly equipped to aid students in learning.The college also organises all types of events and has a major incline towards sports events.There are various tournaments and competitions held in the college for the games like basketball,chess ,badminton and volleyball in which students participate enthusiatically.

Admission

The admission in the course is granted on the basis of marks in JEE Mains exam and a good score in 10+2 exams.The competition is very high and it requires really high rank in the entrance to get through the selection process.

Faculty

The faculty is excellent and are upto date with all the advancements in their areas of subjects.They are supportive and very understanding and also have a very genuine approach towards every student.They are very knowledgeable and resourceful and are definitely brilliant with their subjects.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is industry oriented and updated time to time. Thus making it helpful for us to face real time challenges in modern world. Currently I don't find anything to improve in terms of faculty and their teaching methodology. They are just great.

BIT : A Freshman's Perspective

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit for placements from the 7th semester.A variety of companies including TATA Steel, JSL, JPL, Samsung, TCS and ABG visit the campus.The highest package offered is to Mining branch by vedanta which is 16.5 lpa.In core branches like mechanical and electrical the placement percentage reaches to almost 80%.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are too many course in this university branch wise and also semester wise subject like even semester has 6 subject and odd semester has 5 subject . Also there is not enough teacher of all the subjects 2 subject has same teacher and my branch computer science teacher teach in my branch

Remarks:

Our college is the fastest growing IIM in the country, we have already surpassed other B-Schools that we are normally compared to in terms of placements. At IIM Ranchi, students are offered international placements as well and as per the stats, in 2019, the highest international package was 58.1 LPA. The average package is also decent at 15.02 LPA. Domestic highest package here was 26 LPA, which is a great return on investment, if you see.

Remarks:

Indian Institute of Management is the best among all the IIMs in the second generation and has jumped several NIRF rankings lasting year proving how good it has been doing. I have no doubt in saying that the professors here are excellent. Listen to the class and you’d love every minute you spend in the class interacting with the faculty. I can personally vouch for that fact. And I’m sure there can’t be much of a difference in teaching in the other reputed private colleges as well.

Remarks:

It is one of the best B-school in the country. It is ranked 20th in the NIRF India ranking in 2020. It has better placements than other new IIMs. We can say that it is the best new IIM with an average CTC of 15.11LPA. Remarks:

IIM Ranchi is completely student run college compared to other tier-2 IIM's, with equal focus on academics and extra-curriculars. Here, you get freedom on what you choose. It has been carrying the legacy as the best new IIM since its inception. And I feel it is the best college in league of tier-2 IIMs as it has been performing better in every aspect from placements to organizing guest lectures and Events. There has been consistent improvement in NIRF ranking for IIM Ranchi even without having any permanent campus. IIM Ranchi is known to have students from different states and diverse background. This interaction with diverse group facilitates our peer learning. Coming to the facilities provided, IIM Ranchi has the best hostel with single sharing rooms and all the facilities which anyone can think of in a hostel. And, I personally feel IIM Ranchi is a brand which separates itself from other b-schools.

Experience of an undergrad

For taking admission in this college you should must give jee mains exams,as this college is now lister under josaa and csab therefore maximum of it seats and alloted through this counsellings,some of the vacants seats are filled by the internal counselling conducted by the bit mesra considering jee mains rank.I got admission to this college through jee mains rank in the csab 1st round into the btech in computer science and engineering.the application forms of jee mains can be found on the NTA website with its own form fees for the exam.In the jee mains reservation is provided according to the category,the exam level is moderate to hard the exam is conducted twice in an year most probably jan and april.the internal counselling forms can be found on bit mesra website after jee mains exams. the cutoff ranges from 88 percentile above for general ,80 + for obc as well as for Ews and 70+ for sc/st....Read More

1.The admission process is easy. You should have to appear in Jee mains examination then You have to sit in councelling process of JOSSA Or CSAB the merit list came after that you have to pay a fix amount of admission fee to book your seat and after some day to have to came to college for document verification. 2.The college also give privilage to jharkhand obc student, student should have JEE mains score card and have obc certificate which is issued by SDO only.
