I applied for the counseling and was given a score based on my 10th,12th, JEE Marks, and the list of people who got admission was published. I received a call from the admission desk and was explained about the payment of fees and after payment, I got my admission. I am from the general list. I applied for other colleges but preferred BIT Deoghar due to its brand value and the opportunities associated with it.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am interested in mechanical engineering due to its practical applications. The faculty-student ratio is good and the faculty is very much approachable, all of them are well qualified from institutes like NITs, BITS Pilani and BIT Mesra. Exams here are tough and based upon analytical thinking that helps in exams like IES and GATE
Internships Opportunities
Microsoft, Accenture, byju, Mahindra, etc they hire at good stipends. People hire analysts, coders, growth hackers, etc. Some also get hired permanently, people are very professional and efficient.
Placement Experience
Placements are really good, companies like Mahindra, Birla soft, Accenture come here, people eligible go for placement at BIT Mesra main campus and get good offers there too, 80 percent of students get hired.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are a bit high but worth the degree and students who get a good GPA are eligible for GP Birla scholarship and scholarships on income means are also given other than that students who score well in JEE Main are also given a good scholarship.
Campus Life
Every February utthan annual fest takes place, we have a big and rich library consisting of good resources. Books are sufficient in number for all, the classroom has all the basic necessities, every year sports meet is organized, we have a basketball court and table tennis hall in every hostel and gym as well, we have various social clubs like Vimarsh and swar, etc,
