Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure doesn't confine us to books alone but also motivates us to look into social realities. They give importance to both technical and practical knowledge. The students have court visits, chamber visits and the three stage cases to deal with which ensure their growth as a professional.

Placement Experience

4

The students are introduced to all the major firms and reputed companies. In addition to merit, english communication skills and advocacy skills are also favoured during placement interviews. Internships are given to all final year students where we are attached to a senior advocate, firms or NGOs that provide us with a platform for practical training.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee for first year is 17560, second year is 15460 and the third year is 15460 which amounts to 48480. It does appear a little expensive. Anyhow the college ensures quality in all the services they provide and help in the overall development of the student.

Campus Life

We have very useful lectures organised at the institute on varied subjects important to lawyers by eminent professionals. There are also moot court competitions organised at the institute. In addition the institute now also provides coaching for those who wish to appear in judicial examinations.

Admission

Vivekananda is one of the best known law colleges in the South Zone. The mode of admission is based on merit. The application form is available in the website. However those with high LSAT test score can appear directly for personal interview.

Faculty

4

Faculty at Vivekananda are extremely qualified and well informed. They always make it a point to connect the ideas in the textbooks to contemporary realities thus ensuring the full comprehension of the concept. They are also our biggest support system whom we can approach for anything and everything.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Performing Arts have more of practical things as from acting to direction we are taught everything. History and Theory as some theory part and the kind of career path that our course provides, I think for students interested in this, should join our course at Christ University.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th sem. The highest on campus package this year was around 64 LPA, while as far as I know, the top 20% of the students usually get offers in the 16-24LPA range. The overall placement rate is good, but results depend a lot on your skills and practice

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose electronics and communications wholeheartedly. Since my childhood, I was very interested in electronics and very humble in learning new topics in digital electronics. I was never a coding guy, so I took electronics and communications as my course. It was an easy choice for me. So class's average strength is around 65 to 70. And the faculty: student ratio is quite good. The teachers are well qualified and most of them are doctorate holders. The timetable is arranged in a manner such that there is smooth conduction of classes for all-year students. The exams are semester wise and there will be internals every month. Questions are better, you have to know little bit contents taught in classes and also from textbooks. It is easy to pass.
