Course Curriculum Overview
It was very complex and I need to spend many hours after the lecture period at the library to read several books for two to three times to understand completely. There was much competition among the students for the final exams conducted yearly.
Placement Experience
A broad view was of the students who were doing this particular program as there were great opportunities but based on the students' academic profile and skills. There were mandatory internship periods for every to successfully graduate and get a bachelor's degree from this university.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I providing my mere perspective as the fees were quite expensive at this particular medical college as they were almost 2.55 lakhs every year. Also, the amount did not reduce as I have to pay 2.55 lakhs for the second year and the remaining year separately.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college was improving the sections of the scholarship given to the students based on the profile of every student and if he/she meets the eligibility criteria. Also, there were separate opportunities for the reserved category and there was a private loan facility from the banks.
Campus Life
Here at the ESIC Medical College and PGIMSR, we had some academic-based activities where students can enjoy during their short leisure time. However, students were more focused on the curriculum so they were not much engaged in extracurricular activities. I observed almost a similar gender ratio at the campus.
Hostel Facilities
We were given good hostel facilities as there were separate beds and a separate study table. Also, the food tasted appropriate and a good view balcony was also there for the hostilities. The hostel life was enjoyed by the students with lesser fees.
Admission
The criteria for the admission at this public institute were much complex and the students seeking admission here require higher scores and a bachelor's degree from recognized university/college. Also, the profile of every particular student is evaluated before allotting the seat.
Faculty
This university had excellent and with many academics and hospital experience who gave us every prospect of the curriculum in much detail. Also, there were extra classes and lectures along with labs by the faculty itself to complete the longer syllabus.
