One of the best medical colleges.

It is one of the best colleges in the country for medical professionals. It is part of an initiative of the government of India's ministry of AYUSH. Anyone coming here is certain to become a better medical professional as well as a better human being.

The college comes under the Ministry of AYUSH of the government of India. Thus, the curriculum is very updated and scientifically designed. The syllabus is practical oriented for the students. Exams are held every 6 months in each semester.

Every student gets placement opportunity from the college. We get to work mainly in government hospitals with a stipend of around Rs 26,000. There is a placement cell and even though it is not heavily active, once a student graduates they get many opportunities.

The total fees for the course is Rs 1,04,450. This is very feasible and inexpensive compared to some other colleges because ours is a government college. Being recognised by the central government gives us access to all the best facilties.

The gender ratio is almost equal in the college. We celebrate all the festivals of national and religious importance especially the DURGA PUJA. We organize many workshops and seminars in the college as well.

I got admission after clearing NEET UG examination. Then all the candidates clearing the cutoff were called for counselling. The other basic requirement was a 10+2 or equivalent certificate with at least 50% marks with Physics, chemistry, maths and English as subjects.

The faculty mainly comprises of doctors who have served in government hospitals and clinics. So, they are highly experienced and knowledgeable. They are really helpful as well and guide us really well.
