Course Curriculum Overview

As the course was lengthy, there were quite hectic days during the week and also during the submission of the assignments. There were practical training and lectures in the labs where we learned the actual work at the job. Exams were as similar as the semester exams but a change was in the practical ones.

Placement Experience

4

The ratio of students getting placed was much good as the companies and institutions like Vivanta, Ramada plaza, ITC Welcomgroup, Indigo Airlines took the aspirants of this particular college. However, there were internships offered to some students based on the academic profile.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees were much high at this hotel management institute especially for the bachelor of science stream. The detailed fee structure was mentioned at the official website but I gave 1.17 lakhs, 1.09 lakhs, and 1.21 lakhs as the three-year fees format respectively.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are options to avail of, but as I was a student of the general category, I was not able to achieve the merit-rank criteria. However, the loan facilities were available and the admission department gave the procedure and proper assistance to avail it of.

Campus Life

We had managerial seminars and module based webinars along with the non-technical fests. Also, students from different states brought their cultural practices to the campus which were accepted by other students open-heartily. We had clubs and cultural societies at the campus itself among the students.

Hostel Facilities

Mostly, students preferred PG rooms for the accommodation rather than the expensive hostel facilities as 98.5k were the charges both for males and females separately in the separate buildings. The second-year fees for the girls were quite less compared to boys. The facilities were acceptable in the charges the institute took from the candidates.

Admission

The admission was merely divided among the general category and reserved categories. I applied got the management quota in general quota for a bachelor of science in hospitality and hostel administration online and received the letter of confirmation based on the entrance exams and previous education marks.

Faculty

4

The profession of all the faculties from the core field itself and they gave a much deeper understanding of the particulars and mainly in the practical sessions. Furthermore, they were more interested in those students who ask relevant doubts.

campus placements are okay, it is improving over time... averagely people get placed at 7-8 lpa and some people get placed at 12lpa. Many students go for off campus placements and there they perform very well. students have secured 22- 28lpa off campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

NEHU syllabus is quite good I should say, especially with the introduction of the NEP(New Education Policy) Well regarding the curriculum, I would say the teachers play and important part regarding that situation. However, exams or tests are becoming quite a headache for the students compared to the duration of our courses
