"Medhavi Skill University: Learning Beyond the Classroom"

The faculty member are very friendly amd interactive.
Free wifi is available in the college .
Skill drill is there in which it acts like a backup for future.

Dislikes

Classes are a bit conjusted amd a bit small.
Chemistry lab is not there its under development.
Library is too small and required book is not there.

Academic structure and curriculum in the campus

I choosed this course because of the job opportunities available in the healthcare section and because everyone in my family is in the healthcare field.The faculty are very well qualified and the we have our exams on every end of the semester.And it quite hard.

What are the internship opportunities in the campus?

There is internship on the 2nd year of 6 months where we are offered stipend to fullfill our expenditure.We go to many companies like crh hospital,hotel hyat ,district hospital singtam and as it is a skill university it mainly focuses on skill upgradation and ojts.

Various companies recruiting from the campus and highest package being offered

The student need to obtain 70% to be eligible for placements.Many companies and hospitals came to our college for placement like hotel hyat,and central research hospital.The highest package offered was 3.4lakhs per annum by hotel hyat for hotel management course.I will establish my own diagnostic centre with my uncle.

Fees of the course per semester and scholarship

I have got 25% scholarship in state qouta after and i am paying 50.000 per semester.It will increase over the year but only for new admission.If any student has scored 90% and above in 12th he/she will get 100% scholarship from the vice chancelor.

Various events, sports and library of the college

There are many fest conducted in festive season like in holi fest dushera etc.The library is quite small in our college and the books are very less in it.Everyday on the last class we have the club activity and sports activities.Nss and other club are available.

Faculty and examination pattern of the college

The faculty relationships with student are very good like they are very helpful,friendly and interactive.The faculty i like the most is miss. Monamit Lepcha she is our biology teacher and she is very friendly and interactive with is thats the reason why we like her.There are 2 exams in every semester in the mid semester and in the end of the semester.But our college focuses on plactical exams more than theoritical exams.

Admission process and eligibility criteria of the college

I choosed this college because its a quite different and unique university because it offers hands on skill learning compared to traditional others college learning.I looked over 2 college like SMIT and SMU but at the end i took my admission on this college.I didnt got any rejection from any college this college was my first choice.The admission process is quite easy first i paid 3000 for registration and other things were handled by faculty and after completion of admission i paid half of 30000 which is 15000 because of early admission.The criteria is you need to pass class 12.

A good campus life

Likes

Love the lab facilities. We get to practice almost every equipment used in medical field
Like the campus areas. It's a good cardio to walk around

Dislikes

Basically the sports field has to grow a little
A full sized Basketball court should be added
The main football groud needs improvement

The admission process at Medhavi Skills University was straightforward and transparent. The college accepts scores from 50%. For my course, the cutoff was 60%, and after qualifying, I participated in the counselling process, where seats were allocated based on merit.

the place where the college is located is very far from my locality so .
the weather usually is too hot so there are not much of fan's in the class which makes us uneasy .

Admission:

i applied for a govt college which is nar bahadur bhandari college here in sikkim , i chose this because i was directionless that time . I did'nt got any rejection from any college . the admission process of my college was pretty easy , i had to sit a clarifying class with my parents to make them clear about everything then i had to pay the admission fee and all the required documents.

Very strict rules and regulations and it needs to be followed at all costs
Girls to boys ratio is very less, 1:4, but the peer interaction is very good, all are friendly and the management is very good

I have applied to multiple colleges in Bengaluru, and had offers from Nitte Meenakshi Institute of technology, Ramiah University, Sapthagiri college of engineering, RV University and Don Bosco college of engineering, mainly the curriculum and their unique aim to make us the best among the best made me choose this college over other colleges. Did you get a rejection from other colleges you applied to? Why didn't you make it there? What went wrong? I got rejections from RVCE, MSRIT, DSU,BMS due to rank criteria in KCET as well COMEDK What is the admission process of your college? Mention the eligibility, exams accepted for your course and the exam most preferred by students, cutoffs for these exams and the overall admission experience. The admission process is pretty simple, the eligibility criteria is: we have attempt atleast one government competitive exam(JEE,NEET,COMEDK,KCET,MHT-CET, etc..) and board exam Minimum cut-off for us was 50%+ for general and lower for reservations in any of these competitive exams, PST has their own exam, interview, the criteria in this is also 50%+ for general and lower for reservations, in-order to block the seat we have to pay 10000 for PST and 75000 to MSU which will be then reduced included in the overall fees

Free wifi is available in the college .

Dislikes

Classes are a bit conjusted amd a bit small.
Chemistry lab is not there its under development.
Library is too small and required book is not there.

I dislike that our university doesn't have a campus
I dislike that there are less sports and other gaming things
I dislike that there are less canteens for us

Admission:

There is no such criteria for eligibility i think. You can find application form online or any social media platform you can prefer there and contact or apply forms . There is so much difficulty in exams very easy to score good marks but have to work hard to score good marks

Since it's a designing college the sewing machines does not work properly at times and you've to adjust at times

Admission:

There was no entrance needed during the admission in NIFD. The admission process was quite easy as you just have to visit the centre and clear all your doubts and they give you the estimate which you have to pay first installment in a week to book your seat and the rest once the academic year starts. Since the admission process was hastle free I liked it
