One of the best LLM courses

The course curriculum for the LLM program is very rigorous. Even though it is just a one year course, there is a vast amount of syllabus to cover. There are two specializations in the course, ie International Trade Law and Constitutional and Administrative Law.

The college has a very good reputation so finding a job after PG is not very difficult, and campus recruitments are very excellent. The field is very much thriving and there are several opportunities that open up after completing the course as the college also has several ties ups with law firms, NGO's and private companies such as ICICI, TLC Legal. Fox and mandal and so on.

Admission Fee is Rs. 5,000/- (At the time of admission), Tuition Fee is Rs. 1,10,000/-(Per annum), Campus Development & Infrastructure Fee is Rs. 18,500/- (Per annum), the Library Fee is Rs. 8,000/- (Per annum), Information System Facilities Fee is Rs. 7,500/- (Per annum), Electricity charges are Rs. 6,000/- (Per annum), Students' welfare fund is Rs. 3,000/- (Per annum), Students' Council fee is Rs. 3,500/- (Per annum), Sports and games fee is Rs. 5,000/- (Per annum), the Moot Court Fee is Rs. 6,000/- (Per annum), Debating Society Fee is Rs. 1,500/- (Per annum), Medical/Gym/Fitness Fee is Rs. 8,000/- (Per annum), Journal Fee is Rs. 1,500/- (Per annum), Bus fee is Rs. 2,000/- (Per annum), Matriculation fee is Rs. 300/- (At the time of admission), the Recognition fee is Rs. 200 (for candidates coming from Institutions Outside Kerala), Alumni Association Fee Rs. 1,000/- (At the time of admission), the Miscellaneous fee is Rs. 8,000/- (Per annum), and the Caution Deposit (Refundable) is Rs. 10,000/- (At the time of admission)

Different extracurricular activities are encouraged by NUALS, and there is a good infrastructure for indoor games like table tennis, carrom etc. as well as outdoor games like Football, Cricket, Athletics, Basketball, and so on.

The Hostel Rent is Rs.17,500/-(Per annum), Hostel Deposit (Refundable) is Rs. 6,000/-(at the time of admission to the hostel) and the Hostel Amenities Charges are Rs. 6,000/- (Per annum). The quality for the hostel is very good and the food is quite good as well.

To get admission in the one year LLM program you need to have a BA LLB from NUALS or equivalent. The seats are secured on the basis of the merit obtained in the CLAT exam on a merit cum preference basis. The admission process itself is completely online.

The faculty for the LLM course is very good. They are very well qualified and have publications in many different internationally recognized law journals. Many different eminent figures in Law field also hold lectures and seminars at NUALS.
