Course Curriculum Overview
The course is a good as well as hectic one. It needs a lot of head-breaking hard-work for completing the projects and assignments. There are two semester per year according to the norms of VTU. The subjects and topic covered are interesting.
Placement Experience
As a student I am not well acquainted about any good recruitment or campusing in the college. But the professors encourage us to look for internships and guide us about sending portfolio to various recruiting companies.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for the five year B.Arch course is Rs.232,950/- . It is a bit expensive for few students and not affordable by students belonging to a lower economic strata. But, the faculty and the education offered is worth the fees a hundred times.
Campus Life
The college is facilitated with grounds and libraries for the betterment and enhancement of knowledge of us. Sports teams are also there where we can enrol or names and apart from this the college has really well-furnished labs with separate arrangements for every student to help us learn more.
Admission
After my 10+2 boards examination I prepared myself for the NATA entrance examination of B.Arch for my admission in the RV College of Architecture. A 50% weight-age was given to my architectural aptitude marks and another 50% to my 10+2 boards score and a merit list was prepared by COMED-K and accordingly I got my seat in the RV College of Architecture.
Faculty
The faculty of this college is outstanding. RV College of Architecture stands out from other colleges because of it's wonderful faculty which is very supportive and encouraging. We are dealt with utmost care and responsibility by all the professors.
