Course Curriculum Overview

The two year course curriculum for masters degree is pretty good to be honest. Besides, the lab condition is really prominent and they hold all the necessary requirements within it. There is no such hectic schedule within the campus.

Placement Experience

4

Most of the faculty members keep enlightening the students with the future scope of the course after its completion. The placement, jobs, and internship opportunities in the campus is promising as well.

Fee Structure And Facilities

On combining the duration of 2 years and 4 semesters for the course of M.Sc in Genetics and Plant breeding, the total amount payable was 1.4 Lakh INR. I would say the fee was within my desired budget.

Campus Life

Throughout my one year stay, I have seen events and programs both on educational as well as cultural levels. The university has also been known to hold numerous extra curricular activities within the campus.

Alumni/Alumna

Currently, I fall under the senior students category, but I must say I have interacted with some of the brightest minds in the past. All the seniors, who have graduated now, were extremely encouraging and friendly in nature.

Admission

To get selected for the 2 years of M.Sc course in Genetics & Plant Breeding, I had to score 50% or above on my undergraduate or graduate proram. I completed my graduation in Agriculture with an aggregate of 65%.

Faculty

5

I am really blessed to be taught by such excellent professor's of the campus. The faculty members of HZUs M.Sc For Genetics and Plant Breeding are very helpful. I have not faced any such issues to understand their classes. They are also extremely polite while clearing the doubts of the students.

The curriculum is highly relevant, focusing on practical knowledge for real-world prep, though more hands-on application and updated content would strengthen it. Exams occur 6 times yearly; they are tough but fair for the course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of my relative told me that this course have large scope, and bright future so my brother applied for this course and i did this course and now i realised that it is good but they do not provide placement we only rely on our own. I think college should conduct sessional exam on time and the external exam should be conducted in 6th month. Exam are not much difficult.. they are moderate level.

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .
