Course Curriculum Overview

Baba Farid University offers exams for this college and conducts exams annually. You only give 1 or 2 holidays between exams in the week or days after your exams, and then college teachers take your practical exam with any external examiner. They take all practical tests in one day.

Placement Experience

Most of the time they work in our hospital, they call you first after your graduation, otherwise they won't give you another placement. Many students want to work here because they give more than they can afford.

Fee Structure And Facilities

When I got there, its fee structure was not high, and for a student it was only 30 thousand a year, but the fee was increased later that year. Now it may be around 50 thousand, but it is less medical as compared to other colleges.

Campus Life

Well this is a hospital. Very few events are celebrated there. Mainly they run blood donation camps and they hold an annual meeting here on the nursing campus. They can do all fields of students wanting to participate.

Admission

First I filled out this college prospectus in September, and in October they called us for counseling. They make a list based on our marks in the medical field, and then they ask you for a field of interest.

Faculty

The doctors and teachers are very supportive. They share their experience with students. In addition, they give you theoretical and practical knowledge. They also give you the opportunity to perform in a repressive theater.

Chandigarh University provides good campus placement opportunities so don't worry about campus placement from 2nd sem you will be able to grab campus placement offers in many companies, no of campus visited here, Capgemini, cognizant,tcs,to the new digital,ediferse , Swiggy, meesho etc. and 40% students placed till 3rd semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to do this degree since I was in 12th class. I wanted to be a doctor either by doing BDS or MBBS. This curriculum of a degree prepares well for the real words so that we can start our own practice, but you have to be willing to learn if you do not learn in your college properly. Then you might have to learn from outside, but it prepares you well for the real life. The exams are held once at the end of every year and the difficulty level of exams is moderate to high, so you have to study very seriously if you want to pass with good marks After the theory exams, they take the practical exams and there is equal mark distribution between theory and practical, and you have to obtain 50% marks for passing
