Remarks

I wouldn't give any negative remarks about the college. It's very good college if I have a look on the college with allover facilities we have in the college or the education we are getting or the well economical fees we are paying it's a great college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is of three years consisting of 6 Semistars in total. The college is affiliated to University of Kalyani, Kalyani. And the course curriculum focuses both English at superior level and other subjects of arts.

Placement Experience

My college to provide us with opportunities for jobs or internships have w career counseling cell which prepare us well to do better. They suggest with jobs vacancies to various places of our interest.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure of this college is structured in a way so as everyone be it poor students or others can easily complete there graduation. The total three years fees of my course is Something Rs. 5,000/-

Fees and Financial Aid

The scholarships opportunities are limited to just 10% of students of a batch on yearly basis. And students opportunities for girls are also available I.e Kanyashree Prakalpa for girl students Further, national scholarship is available to the meritorious students and Minority Scholarship below 50% is also available.

Campus Life

The college is very good if we focus on extracurricular activities from the perspective of the college. Various seminars workshops/seminars are conducted in the college to give exposure and better knowledge among students. They have NSS for the students also seats are reserved for the students of sports quota.

Admission

The basic eligibility criteria for admission in my college is to be qualified in 10+2 with minimum of 50% and some relaxation of 5% to the aggregate of the qualifying examination is given to the SC/ST. I am persuing B.A (English) as I have always loved studying English and I wanted to persue my graduation in English.

Faculty

The faculty is great. They teach us very well with great enthusiasm and knowledge. They even ask us after every class to ask queries if we have any with ease. And they bring most of there efforts in teaching us. They are also well qualified in there subjects.

A comprehensive review of MAKAUT , WB

Placement Experience:

from 6/7 th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Infosys visited with around 22-23 offers , Cognizant visited with arount 15-16 offers , TCS visited with several offers(not sure how many) , that's it the big names. Apart from these small startups and companies visited too. Highest package offered was 11lpa by TCS , 9.6lpa by infosys, 6.48lpa by Cognizant. Profiles were ASE in TCS , PAT in CTS , SET in Infosys. The percentage of students placed was less arount 30-40% , mostly because the curriculum lacks placement prep. I have joined Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst Trainee after graduating .

Actually this is a general degree University , so I must mention that placement facalities are not so good. But yes , Job Fair is organised in University by some external agencies which offer jobs varying 2-2.5 lakhs per annum . But in the university most of the students do not accept that jobs. Half of the students are more interested on the higher studies. So ahet completing the fourth semester they prepare for PhD. And the another half are preparing for central government sponsored exams like CGL, CHSL, RRB, SBI , IBPS, LIC etc. University has a significant number of students who have qualified for Government Competitive exams.

A holistic experience: my journey at CFI college of Law

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd say the BBA LLB curriculam si quite relevent and comprehensive. the blend of business management and legal studies really made me choose this course because it gives a holistic understanding of both fields. The curriculum is pretty practical and prepares us well for real- world applications like internships and moot courts and also sets a strong foundation dor further studies in law. In term of Imporvements i think the curruculum could benefit from more interactive workshops and practical training sessions and somtimes a bit more hands on experience and indusry exposure help bridge the gap between thoery and practice. Regarding exams, I find the frequency and timing are well balanced. the semester exams come at a good pace and whike some subjects can be challenging they are definately manageable with consisnent study.

Dumkal College, a loving Study Centre

There are online process of Admission to this College. The authority will publish merit lists according to the marks of Higher Secondary as merit point. So they are clean to their admission policy. No third party public are allowed in this process. The College will give admission menu in their website, and student have to pay the fees at online process. Student don't need to go college untill their final admission done .
