Course Curriculum Overview

Most of the course was based on the practical knowledge and approach so and as per my view, the theoretical knowledge was limited to the exam preparation. I remember I read theory during the exams only which were after every six months. Also, most of the time I worked on the assignments.

Placement Experience

4.5

Several reputed organizations like Airport Authority of India, Nitco tiles, HCL info system, Tata Power Ltd, sony India came for the placements and took three rounds of placement interviews of the students they felt the potential and relevant skills. I got an offer from the campus placements only for my first job and the pay for the fresher student was quite appropriate.

College Events

4

Candidates from my batch and also from the institute took part in the sports events which were organized both for boys and girls. Also, the candidates made a unique position of the institute by winning many medals and prizes. On the other hand, there was a celebration for regional and management festivals hosted by the institute for the students as well as facilities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

In the institute, especially for my course, the fees decided by the finance committee was 27,000 per year. I preferred the payment generally after my exams when the new semester starts and a timeline was declared by the institute.

Campus Life

I got bored with the curriculum and also my classmates we took institutes' permission to attend the events in another institute and organized some like robotic race, freshers festivals, project demonstration along with the relevant department faculties. Diversity was great was students came from other states and the campus had much unity and non-teaching staff gave appropriate assistance.

Hostel Facilities

The college gave hotel services and facilities to the students at the institute itself so that traveling to attend lectures was easy. Also, the rooms were clean and large to accommodate three students with a personal bed and study table. However, the food was good the institute was still improving all the facilities.

Admission

This course was based on the national skill qualification framework so I preferred this three-year program after the 12th standard. Also, here the admission process was online at the official website and merit-based seats were given to the students.

Faculty

4.5

We had faculty from relevant stream from and also with to the point knowledge. They showed us the same assignments which can be done in various ways to enhance personal creativity. Furthermore, they did not leave any chance to motivate us and correct the mistakes we did and told not to repeat.

Placement Experience:

Our college has a very active and effective placement cell. Major companies like Goldman Sachs, Bain among many others come on campus for not just placements but also internships. Average and Median packages are between 8 and 10 lakh per annum, with highest packages going up to 25 lakhs. Many also go for postgraduate education, such as MBA after CAT, or to reputed colleges like the DSE for MA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is just like any other college, and you need to do a lot of the skill enhancement by yourself. Here, you will learn something, but not everything that is relevant. The professors will teach according to the syllabus, be it really relevant in real life or not. Everything that you will be learning will be relevant for career in this field, but not enough. You require to put some extra efforts to gain more knowledge and practice.

Placement Experience:

Students typically become eligible from 3rd year/6th semester onwards for most companies. Some internships and tech roles may be available to 2nd-year students depending on the company criteria. Placement Percentage: Usually, 70–85% of eligible students get placed, depending on the stream. Highest placement rates are often in Computer Science, Economics, and Commerce streams. My plan is to become a software engineer.
