Course Curriculum Overview

5

The curriculum is very well selected and put together for easy understanding of students. All these subjects are interlinked and are those which provide a real world experience to the students in this field.

Internships Opportunities

5

Internships are provided at our institute, Meerabai Institute of Technology. Various workshops are conducted and those companies also provide internships. Alumni's of this institute also provide internships to the students with a good stipend.

Placement Experience

5

The placement is a 100% success in this college. Various companies hire students of Meerabai Institute of Technology. Various Alumni who have started their firms also have their first preference from this institute itself. After getting my degree I plan to work under some firm for about 2 years to gain an on field experience and then either start on my own or move out to a different country.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fee is about thirty thousand ( ?30,000/- ) and an annual Examination fee of rupee two thousand( ?2000/- ) is charged for finals. There is some relaxation for the SC, ST and OBC's and for every function organised, an amount of about ?50 is charged.

Campus Life

4

There are two main functions organised in the campus. Apart from that, for various occasions some functions are organised by the departments. Various workshops and weekly visits are provided by the department of interior designing for students to gain a real world experience. Classes are equipped with smart boards and by the last semester we are taught softwares to enhance our knowledge and keep updated. Various Clubs work in the institute, but are run by the faculty. We do have a library but canteen is one thing we thrive for.

Admission

The admission process was very simple and no examination was conducted or G.D taken, but purely merit based on 12th standard's marks. This college is located near Sukhdev vihar(magenta line) and Ashram(pink line) metro stations on walking distance and is next to a market. This college offers courses AFFORDABLE than the other colleges and is about 1/3- 1-4 the price of private colleges.

Faculty

5

The Faculty of this institute is brilliant and very much supportive. There are 3 main faculty members who are very well learned and very supportive throughout. Because of the interlinked subjects, it makes it very easy. An external is provided for half yearly and finals and practicals are the main.

Night Life

1

There WAS hostel facility available for the students but after the COVID-19 struck, the hostels are shut down as of now, they will soon be resuming as to what we have heard. Hostels shut down by 8pm. No canteen or night life is at this Campus.

Exams timing is based on the paper marks . Each exam isalmost of 3 hrs which is enough for every paper . I think teacher needs to be more practical or focus on practical rather than theory . Because marketing needs practical not theory

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is very relevant at this time. As you know this modern world, many new courses are being emerging, and this is kind of a demand and graduation. In this course is like cherry on the top like thing. teaching methods are one of the best and I would highly recommend every student to like get an lecture from the teachers of the BR university also in Kashmir Gate campus and Karampura campus. It is remarkable as we know like some lectures are boring according to the distance, but it is not like that in this, at first I used to think that, but now teachers and students are like friends and they like discuss, or they do two communication and learn the subject course study .
