Course Curriculum Overview

In the first semester we were taught different theories as well constitution. While in the second year , emphasis was also given on the International Relations which was very interesting. The days were not hectic apart from exams.

Placement Experience

For the undergraduate students, there aren't much opportunities available but for masters students companies like TCS, KPMG did visit and recruited qualified candidates. Internships were part of the course structure.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The admission for the BA political science course is Rs 3155 for one year. It is very feasible and cheap for anyone wanting to seek a quality education. Even after such nominal fees, scholarships are also granted.

Campus Life

In times of pandemic, there are various webinars conducted by different departments in the college to make sure that we're making the most of our time. There is no differences in terms of race, religion or caste.

Admission

For the BA political science course, admission is strictly based on merit through the marks obtained in class 12th examinations. Similar criteria is for all other undergraduate courses as well like history/economics.

The teachers of my course also taught me through real life situations and what was the situation of our country. They always were neutral and that's why I'm politically active now and not a biased person at all.

Shaping My Future: A Comprehensive Review of College Life and Academics

Placement Experience:

After 7th semester companies started coming and there is different criteria for different companies like some company have criteria for more then 8.5 cgpa will be able to seat only in their placement conducting it is totally based on company preferences. The highest package was 9 lpa and average package was 3 lpa. Around 60 percent student get placed in my department.

The life in HITK

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement in cse, it ,ece and sometimes elec branches. The others dpt also offers a quite unique variety of placements from different companies. Nearly 60 percent of the students have been placed in this year and others are still on board for a positive response.
