Remarks

Overall, it's awesome place where you get every opportunity. The environment of college is too good, one can follow his hobby and develop many as well. I really feel proud of my decision that I have taken admission in this college because the college provides a wide range of projects which are very helpful to us in learning more about our courses. This college is the best research institute present in India.

Course Curriculum Overview

Structure and syllabus of the diploma program that is followed by the institute keeps in mind the demand of nautical and Marine Sciences. Both theoretical and practical part are equally balanced as a part of the course curriculum. Exam is held once at the end of the diploma program for the grant of the certification of diploma in nautical Science.

Placement Experience

4.5

As far as the placements are concerned Institute doesn't take any guarantee for making the student land a decent job opportunity. Talking about the internship I can say that in Maritime courses internships are mostly managed by students and same is the case here.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee for the one-year diploma program offered by air Institute in nautical science is bit on higher side. The fee for the one-year program is around 3.9 to 4 lakhs. To support the education one can, look for financial assistance like scholarship for educational loan.

Campus Life

The institute is not like regular college where you will find clubs for extracurricular activity or would have k event celebration like the annual fest etc. Rather it is a small Institute where domain-based specialised education is granted.

Hostel Facilities

the hostel facilities are also good. There are wardens allotted for both girls and boys. Separate room and quarters are there for girls and boys. Hostel staff is prompt in their work and take complete care of cleanliness and hygiene.

Admission

Admission to the institute is based on direct application followed by a short test conducted by the institute. After the test qualification short interview is conducted post which admission is granted. Once the admission is confirmed a student is required to submit the fee and complete the document verification process.

Faculty

4

The teachers in our institute have a good sense of their respective disciplines. Methodology of teaching highlights the fact that the focus is on making students learn through hands on learning approach rather than the spoon-feeding approach.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MBBS curriculum is mostly standard, but its relevance is super high because of the massive patient load at SJH. That clinical exposure is the key thing that prepares you for both real life and NEET PG later—that’s why I chose VMMC. Improvements? We need less lecturing and more interactive case discussions and maybe more emphasis on research. Exams are non-stop, seriously! We have internals/semester exams every 3-4 months. They are tough (50% passing), but they force you to study well for the final big Proffs. It’s tiring, but it works.

Course Curriculum Overview:

When I was studying, students were doubling down to study Software engineering, no matter which stream they belong too. But now, Electronics and Communication has become an important area to study as it holds promosing carreer options in the age of AI where we need Chips and hardware design, server management. People in mechanical engineering can excel if they focus on building something rather than just studying. In order to prepare for real world applications, one has to do a lot of things rather than sticking to only one persuit. I don't have much to suggest something in course carriculam and this college has best teaching methods regardless what they are taught. Students have ample time to do things they like in every semister. Studying for nearly 2 weeks before sessional exams and 1 month before final exams is enough and rest of the time can be dedicated into building something important.
